Enjoy spectacular sunsets, with views of the pool,(heated in the winter) beach and ocean from this top floor deluxe beachfront condominium. The floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors run right across the whole front of the condominium. Fabulous views and access to the balcony from the lounge/dining area and master bedroom.

The south-facing balcony overlooks the pool and beach. There is a large heated pool and hot tub. The property has secured access via an elevator. The condo has a full kitchen with granite worktops, office space with internet access, breakfast bar, dining area with open plan lounge, a utility area with washer and dryer.

The master suite has a king bed, large walk-in closet, private bathroom with his & her vanities, toilet and tub with shower. Access to the balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds and shares the hall bathroom.
Both bedrooms have TVs.

This is a self catering property. Housekeeping only leaves an initial supply of kitchen and paper products for guests' arrival. No food items/condiments are left in the condo. There is a Publix supermarket close by on the island for all grocery needs.

All watersports are easily arranged and there are over 20 golf courses within 25 mins drive of the island. Pickleball courts within easy walking distance. 25th Street and bayfront. 1 min by car

Anna Maria offers a unique flavor of the real old Florida and yet, is close to all the style and attractions of Sarasota and St Armands Circle. The white sandy beaches run for over 7 miles and feature some great beach front dining opportunities, ranging from family style restaurants to the more elegant, with their own specialist a la carte menus.

Anna Maria has two main strip malls with Publix and other stores providing all vacation needs.There are over 20 golf courses within 25 minutes, driving. For the family there is a Cinema, Bowling Alley and a wider choice of supermarkets in Bradenton which is just 8 miles away. There is huge choice of water sports available both on and just off the island.
Check out the island ferry service to Riverwalk in downtown Bradenton and from the north to the south of the island.

We Love AMI Club

We’ve stayed at AMI Club before and this unit did not disappoint. Inside had updated kitchen/bath and was clean and comfy. Great view of the beach including dolphins in the morning and beautiful sunsets every evening. Owner and property manager were both friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Location

This condo offers stunning views of the ocean and easy beach access. The pool was very enjoyable. We saw dolphins and pelicans and many other birds. I appreciated the easy access to the grocery store. It was very comfortable and felt safe.

Wonderful Stay

This was definitely one of the best condos we have stayed in! There were a few minor issues that got resolved quickly. Contact with both Ann, the property owner and Linda, with the property management was easy, they are both wonderful and truly cared about helping us. The furniture was comfortable and the balcony had enough shade to allow us to sit outside the entire day. The kitchen was well stocked, which is a plus for us. Everything was well cleaned when we arrived and we could walk barefoot on the floor without getting our feet dirty! The trolley stop is literally right outside the condos on the north side which was a big perk for us. All in all we had a great stay and would certainly rent this condo again!

Amazing Views

I have been coming to Anna Maria for 30 years, and we very much enjoyed staying here for the 2nd year in a row. The views are breathtaking and convenient to shops, restaurants, etc. We are already planning our 3rd stay for next summer! Ann communicates clearly prior to your stay as well as during your stay! If we had questions, we always received quick responses! Check in and check out are easy as well!

Our condo stay

This condo was lovely; everything we could have wanted was there. The location was perfect, directly on the Gulf of Mexico. The bed in the master bedroom needs to be replaced; the frame is bent and sinking.

Loved this condo

Amazing vacation ! We loved the island . The condo was so nice and clean . The location was great. It is such a peaceful place with so much beauty . We hope to return soon. We usually vacation in Destin and decided to try another beach. We really liked that it was less crowded and more quiet. We didn’t have to fight traffic when we went out to dinner each night. This little island is a little paradise .

Sugar Sand Paradise

My husband and I just took our first trip to Anna Maria Island. I selected this particular condominium, after much searching, based on the location and especially comments from previous visitors. It is extremely clean and offers everything a visitor could want, from kitchen utensils, beach items to a marvelous view. It is in the middle of the island so it isn't a long distance to either end of the island whether it be looking for a new restaurant or a shopping spree. Thoroughly enjoyed!

Wonderful Stay on Anna Maria Island

We couldn't have been happier that we chose to rent this condo for our week on the island! Everything was absolutely lovely. The owner and Linda were so very responsive to the one issue that we had. That is so refreshing as that is not always the case! You can tell that they take a lot of pride in the upkeep of the condo and making their guests feel welcome and appreciated! Also refreshing! We loved the location, as it was in the middle of the island, which made it close to everything in either direction. We would not hesitate to come back and stay here!! We absolutely loved it!

Heavenly Stay

I've been coming to AMI for 12 years, probably 25-30 visits, and this unit makes it to the top of the list! It's very well equipped, including beach items and a well-equipped kitchen The view from the balcony is fabulous. The entire front of the unit is sliding glass doors, so even indoors you enjoy a breathtaking view. We walked to the shopping center a few times during our stay. The property manager is wonderful to deal with. I worked a little during our stay and there's an area adjacent to the kitchen that was a perfect spot for me to set up my "satellite" office. The pool was beautiful and plenty of tables with umbrellas and lounges are there. Our stay was heavenly.

Beautiful Condo in Excellent Location

This is a beautiful condo perfectly situated directly on the beach. We loved stepping from the pool deck into the sand. The condo is comfortably furnished with excellent beds, living room furniture, and tasteful decor. The kitchen is supplied with utensils/pans and dishes needed for preparing meals. Pool towels were also provided. Communication with the owner was helpful and entry easy. There is a restaurant across the street as well as a town trolly stop so that you can easily take it to others on the island. We appreciated the heated pool and hot tub as we visited during a cold week in January. The island is beautiful with many places to eat and shop; along with white sandy beaches to enjoy. We can highly recommend this condo for your visit there.
