Sugar Reef is a duplex and both units may be rented for a larger group. See Listing # 684978 for SUGAR REEF "B". Each unit can accommodate 4 guests. With vaulted ceilings, an open floor plan and fresh decor this home has a relaxing, "beachy" vibe. You will enjoy the convenience of walking just two short blocks to direct access to the Gulf Of Mexico! You will also have quick access to the bay, waterfront park, kayak launch and children's playground. This home is super clean, features a screened porch, bar-b-que grill, beach chairs and shady covered parking! LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!
Sugar Reef is located centrally on Anna Maria Island, between Manatee Avenue and Cortez Road for easy access on and off the island. You can easily hop on the trolley to ride the full length of the island. About 20 minutes to St. Armands Circle. Located within walking distance to historical Bridge Street and many restaurants and shops.

This was our second time staying at this property and we will continue to stay at this unit whenever we visit this area. The entire family loves this property and surrounding area as it has everything you could need; plenty of space, amenities included, everything is stocked (towels, kitchen ware, beach items, etc.), property manager is very responsive. Wonderful Trip - Second Time at This Place!

This was our second time staying here and it was just as great as the first and we are already planning on coming back again! Laura the host is super nice and a great communicator. This is a perfect location and has everything you need!

Steps away from the beach

We enjoyed staying at this beach house. It was a perfect size for our family of four. We easily walked to the beach every day! The house was very comfortable and welcoming.

Perfect beach getaway

Very clean, well decorated and comfortable furniture and beds! The water pressure in shower is AMAZING! Great location and plenty of quality beach items and towels available for our use. We would happily stay here again on our next trip.

No surprise why this place is rated 10/10.

From the clear and timely communication; to the cleanliness, amenities and location (just a 2-minute walk to the beach!); I can see why this place has a perfect rating. The duplex was quiet and the perfect size for a family of 3 or 4. The house was spotless and offered a coziness that you just can’t get at a hotel; reminiscent of my memories of spending summers at the beach. A beautiful, 2-minute walk to the beach in the mornings, and for a return to catch fiery sunsets at night. I’d give a 6th star - if I could - for the amenities. Toddler dinnerware, toys, beach chairs - and even a beach wagon to tote all of the stuff! If you’re a toddler parent, ‘ya know. Our Host was even kind enough to allow our gear rental company to set up a crib and high chair before we arrived, which made our day of travel much easier!

Perfect getaway

The condo was just perfect for us! It was very clean and had everything we needed. Short walk to the beach and easy access with a nice array of beach amenities. Would definitely rent again!!

Amazing apartment steps to beach

We stayed 9 days for the holidays and the apartment is super comfortable and convenient with all you need for a stay. It didn’t suffer any damages during the last 2 hurricanes, and the houses around affected are being remodeled but the public areas have been cleared, most restaurants and stores are also back to normal. The community has been working hard to get back to 100% and even making extra improvements. We enjoyed our time and have stayed in this property many times and continues to be our favorite.

Great stay!

Sugar Reef was everything we needed. We had a group of 3 adults for a long weekend getaway, and the condo had everything we needed. It was clean, had laundry in the unit, and a great location! It was nice that we had everything for the beach too right onsite…beach chairs, boogie boards, a beach buggy to pull everything, and beach towels. Being able to walk to the beach was so convenient. We had a great stay!

best location and comfortable

this is a great place, very clean and comfortable with everything you need, just steps from the beach. You have comfortable parking, a "lanai" on the ground floor and area for BBQ. The other unit neighbors are not an issue since only shares the living room wall so rooms are very quiet. It is great to have washer and drier inside the unit. And the AC works great!!!

Great location, great property. Great host

The property is very clean, in a great quiet location. Kitchen is well stocked. Loads of towels. Host provided washing up liquid, kitchen towel and a few toilet rolls upon arrival. The bedrooms in this duplex are at the furthest ends of the accompdation so always very quiet. The AC broke while we there. Laura the host was so efficient in resolving the issue. Comm6with them was excellent anyway. But when you encounter an issue you find out how good they are and Laura was excellent I highly recommended this property.

Couple's Getaway

My Wife and I Spent 5 Nights In This Wonderful Rental. 1st Off This Is The Cleanest Place That I've Stayed In. Everything From The Bathroom,Bedrooms,even down to the Coffee Pot Was Spotless. The Water Pressure Was Amazin... My Wife Is Always Complaining How Most Places We Go The Shower Usual Doesn't Have The Pressure To Get Her Hair Clean But Not This Place...It Has Everything You Need For A Day At The Beach And Its Only A Short 2-3 Min Walk.I Would Definitely Stay In This Unit Again And Would Recommend It To Anyone Going To This Part Of Florida. I Personally Want To Thank The Owners And Host For A Great Stay.. I'm Already Planning Another Trip....
