TWO nicely updated 2 bedroom 1 bath units in a privately owned duplex. (nightly rates shown are for both together) One street away from the gorgeous white sand and turquoise water of Bradenton Beach! Fun and tropical, beachy decor in a well cared for, very clean duplex with all the comforts of home.

This is a great way to have a group of 6-8 people all together for your vacation yet still have some privacy in separate units when needed. Your group will enjoy having the entire property with a large pool and TWO hot tubs to yourselves. (The apartments will not be rented separately so you will never be sharing the property or pool area with strangers).

This is a great set up for young families who would like the grandparents to join while making sure the grandparents also have their own space for peace and quiet. Also great for 2 families of 4 or several couples to share a vacation.

The property has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms and a large open air ground level room for communing together for meals and games by the beautiful pool and spas.

Gorgeous (new in 2017) heated 32' x 13' swimming pool. This is a pool you can actually swim in, not a plunge pool. Plus there are 2 built in hot tubs in the pool area so no one has to wait to use a spa as there is room for all guests at once if desired.

The pool WAS shared with the owner but I have since moved and opened up my apartment as part of this rental. Older reviews will mention that I lived there but effective November 2024 the entire property is one large rental for larger groups of guests.

Cable TV, internet, onsite laundry, off street parking. All furnishings, dishes, cookware bedding, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach tents, beach carts and toys are provided for a carefree stay.

The layout of the building has one unit in the front facing Avenue C and one unit in the back over looking the pool and facing the alley that's between Ave C and B. Each unit has a separate set of stairs and landing to each front door and the landings are not connected to each other. (please see photos for clarity)

The front unit has a bedroom with a king bed and a bedroom with two twin beds and the back unit has a bedroom with a king bed and a bedroom with a queen bed.

PLEASE NOTE THIS HOME WILL NEVER BE ADVERTISED ON CRAIGSLIST. If you see it there that ad is fake!

Also please note bookings for peak times (Winter and holiday weeks) are non-refundable so we advise getting trip insurance for peace of mind if you have an emergency and cannot come.

This was the perfect location for our family. Easy access to beach, a wonderful pool/hot tub. The owner thought of everything one could need for the beach or pool. A bonus was the garage that walks out to pool area equipped with living room area, tv, mini fridge and ping pong table. Our evenings were spent there.Highly recommend this place, we will definitely be back.

Great In Every Way

We stayed in a family vacation after our youngest son graduated from university. The duplex was amazing, the location was even better. The pool, the cleanliness.. all of it was perfect in very way! We will be back and can’t recommend highly enough!

Relaxing stay!

Our visit to Anna Maria Island was wonderful ! Our rental was just as described and could not be more perfect for my family. The house is close to the beach and the pool was so relaxing. I highly recommend and would definitely stay there again!

Large Family Vacation

Ages 25-55. We had a great time. We cooked, beached it and used the pool. Rode our bikes to Holmes Beach and Bridge Street. Great location. Jen the host was very helpful. It felt like a home away from home.

Beautiful stay on AMI

The location on the island is convenient to the beach access, stores and local restaurants. The pool and Jacuzzi were refreshing and enjoyed playing ping pong! Thank you for providing a relaxing and comfortable place to stay!

Another outstanding stay !

We had another wonderfully relaxing week at this beautiful property. Given what the island has been thru with the hurricanes, this property was better than ever ! The owner is lovely and readily available, but honestly we had no issues. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and accommodations. The lovely Bradenton beach is just one block away, and the owner provides all the needed beach paraphernalia. Definitely will be back !

Another great vacation for the books!

Our 2nd year at this house, we love everything about it! Every last detail is great! Beds are comfy, ac works great, kitchen is stocked, beach is perfect, pool is the best… will definitely be back next year!

Best Pool

Back to our favorite house on Anna Maria for the third time! We love the warm pool and the hot hot tubs. They just make it so easy to entertain the kids and they come in handy if you get a chilly day or two. I am impressed with how far everyone on the island has come since the hurricanes last fall. All our favorite spots were open for business.

Wonderful apartment with all amenities. Clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated. One block from beach and the lovely Gulf. Owner attentive and available (though we really had no issues). Looking forward to returning next year.

Beautiful property!

This stunning property was the perfect place for our vacation to the island. Conveniently located near shopping, gorgeous beaches and the Island trolley stop. The property was fully stocked with everything you would need during your stay. The host is quick to respond to your questions and was very welcoming. Excellent Experience

The property was just like the pictures, clean, nice layout, easy to get to and from the beach. The duplex setup allowed our older children to have a place to retreat to from the rest of the family and yet close enough to know everyone was together. The house is so close to the beach and yet, on a quieter side street which was great as we still have little kids as well. Jen was a great host and communicated well with us. I would highly recommend staying here and will hopefully be back.

Little hidden gem

Our family of four absolutely enjoyed our stay there. The size of the house was perfect. Clean. Plenty of towels and beach stuff. Kitchen very well equipped. We loved the pool and ping pong table. Very short walk to the beach, Publix three minutes away, free trolley stop right there. Jennifer was very responsive.

What a great spot!

We had a wonderful time, everything was fabulous. Clean, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped. Anna Maria Island is very small so nothing is far away on Island. It was our first time visiting. It was exactly what we wanted. A carefree stay, a taste of "Old Florida" with time to rest, relax, and have a few new experiences. Everything you might need is close enough not to be a hassle. We give our stay a 5 out of 5. Thank you

A True Vacation

While searching for a vacation getaway follow a busy year that can not be described, we came across this listing that had dozens of reviews and an average rating of 10/10. Nothing is perfect! But, we decided to give it a go......since we don't stay anywhere that's not in the HIGH 9's. Well, 10/10 is it! The place was wonderful! The host stayed in touch with us throughout our stay, updating us on everything! The location was perfect, as were the accommodations. This was the MOST relaxing vacation I can remember. Every VRBO host could learn from Jenn. She has it figured out. Thank you Miss Jenn.......and we will be back!

Great beach access location.

We vacationed with 2 teenagers. It was the perfect space with access to the beach. The space was well stocked with everything we needed. We appreciated the hand soap, toilet tissue, dishwasher liquid, napkins, trash bags, and paper towels. (We have vacationed in other places where this is not provided.) The beach cart, chairs, umbrella, coolers, and towels were great quality. The beach access was so easy to use and close. It was easy to go back and forth from the beach and house. We also loved the pool and hot tub. The accessories provided were a great match for our family too. We got lots of use out of the volleyball net, snorkels, and covered patio area. Jennifer was a great host that kept in contact with us to make sure the hot tub was easy for us to use and to answer any questions quickly.

Absolutely wonderful

Jen's place is immaculate, comfortable and had everything we needed. She had all the beach things we needed and a big cart to get it there. It was a short walk across the street to the beach and there was no public parking which meant our beach was never super crowded- even on Memorial Day Weekend! The beach is beautiful. The pool and hot tub were immaculately kept and we really did feel we had it all to ourselves. There is a lovely area with a sofa, small fridge and TV that is covered under the house right by the pool. We had most of our meals at the unit. There is a Publix right down the road. We had a car, but there are other ways to get around as parking can be tricky around the island. There is a free trolley, golf carts that run for tips and the Monkey Bus. We all had a wonderful, relaxing stay!! Thank you Jen!

Even more beautiful than the ad

We were traveling as a family, four of us. Jen's accommodation is really magical. We can safely say that we have not seen such well equipped accommodation in a long time. Everything was just right, from front to back. Jen has provided more than enough of everything you need - from towels, also for the pool and beach, kitchen utensils, lots of (play) stuff for the beach, as well as chairs and umbrellas, really just to name a few. Anyway, it is so well equipped that you immediately feel you have arrived. The house also looks much "nicer in real than in the pictures. One of the highlights is the pool: clean, large and the play of colors in the evening is a gift. The house is only a few minutes away from the wonderful beach, even a car Jen has ready. The contact with her was always friendly and she always answered promptly. Even though supermarkets, resatuarants and gas stations are not far away, you should have a car, just because of the heat. But that seems logical and inevitable in Florida anyway. As for the place: beautiful! Definitely belongs on the list of places you should have seen in your life. Bottom line: a stay that could not have been better.
