Cozy VRBO on the beach
This VRBO was 10/10! This location is right across the street from the beach, and walking distance to the best restaurants (wicked cantina, gulf shore cafe, daquiri deck) & the AMOB pier! Maria was a very good communicator. Also met (what I’m assuming) her husband. He was cleaning up around the property & was a very nice man. The VRBO itself was so cute and the perfect size for 2. I liked the curtains in the living room so you could close off the windows, even to the front door. There was plenty of storage in the bathrooms & kitchen. Came with multiple beach chairs & umbrella. Also having a stand up fan in the bedroom was amazing!!! Can’t sleep without one. Also had a parking spot for each VRBO. I would 100% recommend this property & I will definitely book again!

No surprises
I like planning every details, every step, whenever possible. On this sense, I don't like surprises and my stay at Maria's place was just that, everything in place as advertised. No surprises. And that, for me is perfect. Thank you Maria!

This is the perfect beachy cottage! And just across the street from the beach. They also have beach chairs,towels and an umbrella for your use. We will definitely stay here again and again😍

Great Location for everything and anything Bradenton Beach
Steps bridge street shops, activities and restaurants. Easy parking and steps to the beach. Small hiccup upon checkin was taken care of quickly by management- much appreciated! Has everything you need for a quick or longer stay. Would highly recommend.

Fun trip
We had to call to get a set of sheets for the sofa sleeper. We had 4 people so we needed to use the sofa sleeper. After calling, the items arrived quickly. Overall, the unit was amazing and our stay was very pleasant.

Small cottage style right in the heart of town.
Good location if you want to be close to restaurants, etc in Bradenton but pretty noisy with car traffic all day and night. Facility is clean but tired.

Sweet little oasis in the center of the action
This cottage is a nice little place just a block from the action on Bridge Street and across the street from the beach. There's even a little water view from the front door. Enjoy people watching on the shaded front patio or take a break in the super quiet room in between activities. The owners are also friendly and accessible.

Awesome location!
My husband, son & I stayed here for 5 nights. The location is great! The beach is beautiful. The beds were comfortable. We did keep tracking sand in the cottage, outside hose for rinsing our feet would have been nice. Very easy check in!

Great location
The location was great, just steps from the beach. The check in process was very easy. We found the room clean and nice for two people. It was nice to have beach chairs and an umbrella available. Our only complaint would be the need for a washer and dryer, after a few days on the beach it would have been nice to be able to wash towels and such. Overall, it was a great stay.

Location location!
Perfect location. Walking distance to shopping and many restaurants. Beach is directly across the street. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. My only issue was the 1 unit ac did not cool the bedroom sufficiently. After our day on the beach the condo was just down right hot. Even with the ac running the whole time, it wasn’t until after 10pm before the bedroom area was comfortable. Loved the thoughtful basket of goodies and having beach towels and chairs was terrific.

The perfect little getaway. We got right in and headed straight for the beach. The most convenient location with stores, food and beach just a few steps away. Our place was not too small, not too big , just perfect for two adults two kids! Thank you! We will definitely be staying again!

An OK place close to the beach
This is a pretty small place. When you walk out the front door, you are ten feet from a busy main road and across the street from a beautiful beach. The bed was not at all comfortable. It was clean. Neither the front door or the bathroom door fit properly or sealed all the way around. The bathroom has no ventilation so the hinges and fixtures have a lot of rust. The bottom of the bathroom door is rotted out. The stay was OK, but not worth the price we paid.

Great for two people... we had 2 adults and two teens, pretty tight, but fine for two nights:) Bradenton Beach is literally across the street, and better than Anna Maria in our opinion! Lots of restaurants within walking distance:) great location. A hose outside would be great, as we constantly tracked sand and dust in and had to sweep a lot ;( Overall, great short rental.

Everything is within walking distance. Great beaches, restaurants. The property Would be great for a short stay. The unit became quite small. For a two-week stay. Living room furniture was not comfortable For relaxing and watching TV in the evening. We had an issue with the lighting in the bathroom. But the owner was very quick in her response and it was fixed promptly. All in all I would say it's a decent place to stay. For a short stay at the beach.

Another awesome stay!
Third time staying at Maria and Marc's little slice of paradise. They are so accommodating. If you need something they are on it. The keyless room entry makes beach trips a breeze. Always clean, always welcoming. Comfy beds, fresh linens and sheets always appreciated. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also provided. Your kitchen is stocked with what you need to cook meals. Order groceries from the Walmart on Cortez and select free pick up. You can literally pull up at your designated time on your way to the island and your groceries will be ready to load into your car if your renting one or driving your own. If not the trolley passes right by to take you anywhere else on the island. Your porch is literally a small cross over to the most beautiful beaches anywhere. Coffee on the beach, sunsets after dinner or a walk down the beach to Gulf Drive Cafe for drinks is always some of our all time favorites. Want to walk to the bay? Oh that's right there too along with all our favorite restaurants and shops along bridge Street. Thank you Maria and Marc for sharing your place with all of us want to be locals!

Great spot for weekend beach getaway!
Wonderful weekend getaway! Close to the beach, perfect size for my husband and I. Walking distance from great restaurants and shops. We parked our car Friday and didn’t get back in it until sunday upon departure. I appreciated the welcome basket, toiletries and simple clear instructions . Only suggestion would be new better quality bed linens. They were very thin and didn’t stay in the bed well. Thanks for a great stay!!

Lovely beach unit
We absolutely loved our stay. Just steps from a beautiful stretch of beach. Great location for some of our favorite restaurants. Even though we were right on Gulf Drive, we found it surprisingly quiet. We will absolutely be back! Thanks for a relaxing weekend!

Not what was expected
My husband and I stayed for a short weekend. The pictures and what it really is are different. Hardly any parking, and not for a truck. My husband drove his truck and had to park across the street due to small parking spots and no parking in the afternoon. The bed was very uncomfortable and ac does not cool down the room. Ended up sleeping on the pull out sofa. The location makes it very loud at night due to traffic passing by all hours. It did serve our purpose for a short weekend, but overall not pleased with the amenities. Would not stay here again.

Close to the beach!
Right across the street from the beach. Loved the chairs and umbrella provided for the beach and the equipped kitchen. Only complaint would be that we were a little confused with the light switches. (which switch for which room) Other than that, another great stay!! Thanks!!

We stayed here for a week in May and were very pleased with our comfortable cottage at the beach. Dan and Renea were at the property several times during our stay. Great value for location
My wife and I just stayed in Unit #2. Couldn't beat the price/value for a nice place right across the street from a great beach. I was pleasantly surprised how nice it was for the price point. It was perfect for the two of us. The walls are nice and thick so no noise from neighbors. AC kept up just fine. Suite was clean, towels and shower were fine. Not sure what some of the other reviewers expected. Dan was nice and friendly. Restaurants and shopping are a short walk. Parking could be an issue if you have a long vehicle as spaces are on the short side, but we didn't have any issues with our small suv. Thanks for the great stay.

Inn at the Beach #2
Although the location is good, loved the trolley and the beach among other things, this property needs some serious attention. The towels are thin, worn and cheap. The bedding is cheap and well used There is no guide for the TV channels. The blinds and the interior windows are filthy. The bed is hard as a rock The sofa is hard and uncomfortable Lacks a clock The cooler does not have a handle. How can a person carry a cooler, two chairs, and and an umbrella to the beach? Soaps in bathroom are small and cheap. Must have cost all of 50 cents. The shower is very small and seemed unclean. Cheap shower caddy. It would be nice to at least provide some bottled water for the guests , some basic condiments such as mustard and ketchup, and some decent toiletries. Found leftover popcorn in the couch. Bathroom sink drains very slowly. Also, there were no brochures or other info about the island provided to help us find restaurants, etc. It should be better for the price.

Short walk to the beach made it well worth our stay.
Close to the beach. The only drawback was the loud traffic in the evening, but the closeness to everything made it worthwhile. We will be back for sure. They had everything we needed in our apartment.
