As you arrive, you are welcomed into a living room that boasts beach views from the furnished balcony and inside there is a comfy sofa, two side chairs, and a tv. The gallery kitchen features custom wood cabinetry, a full suite of appliances, essential cookware, a breakfast bar for two, an indoor formal dining room table.

The primary bedroom features large windows showing off the beautiful beach, patio access, an ensuite bathroom with unique palm tree wallpaper, a double vanity, and a walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms are decorated with vibrant colors and have plenty of storage space, and they share the hall bath with a shower and tub combination. For extra accommodation, the living room sofa converts into a sleeper sofa.

My wife and three of our four kids (18, 15, 14) spent a week and couldn’t be happier. The private balcony right on the beach was spectacular. The condo was clean and spacious. Exactly as advertised. It’s a bit quieter north in Holmes Beach (10 minute drive), but we thoroughly enjoyed Bridge Street, which is right out the front door. Highly recommend this property.

Couldn't ask for a better location to enjoy the beach and have plenty of walkable stores and restaurants. This unit is in good shape but could use a few upgrades. Nothing that would effect your stay. The antiquated key box needs to be replaced with a electronic keypad.

We loved our stay, right on the beach! We were able to enjoy the ambiance from our balcony when we didn’t want to get sandy, or walk right out onto the beach when we did. Walking distance to restaurants was also a plus. The unit was as advertised. The unit improvement I would suggest would be to have a box of tissues and a few very basic spices (salt and pepper) on hand. I didn’t expect them based on the listing but it would have been a nice touch.

This was a Girls' weekend at the beach. All of us are over 65, and like to party, so being able to walk over to Bridge Street to listen to music and have drinks and dinner was wonderful. The condo was equipped with everything we needed except beach supplies. 4 beach chairs and an umbrella or two would go a long way to make this absolutely perfect! We had friends visit us a few times, so the underground parking was so nice. Parking is scarce in this area of AMI so very nice to have. We got our groceries through Instacart from Publix which was only a 2 hour process and we didn't have to leave the balcony. Refrigerator is a nice size and the icemaker is wonderful.The four of us had more than enough room. Can't wait to come back here and bring my granddaughters!

One of the best locations I've stayed at in the Gulf Beaches of Florida. The scenery is unbeatable. The condo is nice and had everything we really needed for a week stay. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Whats not to like?

We were looking for a long weekend on the water to enjoy warmer weather than we had in WI, and this was the perfect fit! The condo was absolutely wonderful, and the view from the balcony was stunning. Very much appreciated the beach chairs and towels being available, and the rest of the property was clean, and had everything you could want. The location is steps from all the main restaurants and shops... it was simply perfect!

Steps from the beach steps from the shops. Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect location. We stayed in unit 6 which was the top floor and the view was perfect. Condo has an elevator which is great. Unit was really clean and well Kept. We will return!

Our vacation was wonderful! The location, views, and property overall were great. We were able to check in a couple hours early, and the management team was very responsive via text and made sure everything was going well. The ceilings in the kitchen and bathroom were torn apart and appear to have been water damaged, so although it didn't look great, it didn't impact our stay. The doorwall was also very difficult to open and close (probably lodged with sand). Overall everything was clean and would definitely stay again.

This condo is at such a perfect location. Great unit very comfortable and cute. It had absolutely everything we needed. Ceilings look like there was some recent work and needs a little cosmetic repair but nothing that took away from how great this unit was. The property is small which never made the beach feel crowded. The unit itself was perfect size for a family of 4 with teens. Close to everything- can't wait to come back and would love to stay in unit 6 again.

I like the property. But I will never rent through VRBO again. Your fee’s are excessive on top of the rent. You charge $59. Damage fee. If there isn’t damage do you return the money to the renter. The community pool could not be used because of broken drain. Are you going to refund us anything because we could not use the pool?

The condo was true to its listing and well appointed. Three issues for improvement: the master bathroom floor had dirt on it left from shoes, the main room blinds are broken/don't fit the sliding glass doors which causes the afternoon sun to heat up the condo, it would be nice to have more than one set of bath towels per person. We did enjoy the sunsets each evening and the location next to Bridge Street was great for morning breakfasts. Also note: most restaurants are closed on Monday and some on Tuesday on Bridge Street.

I’ll leave a thorough review for those considering to book this property in the future. Myself, husband and two of our three children, ages 12 & 10 stayed here during our Easter/Spring break. Booking was very easy and they have a renter portal they send you a link to with the info you will need to check in and extra info about the island for your stay which is nice for those who haven’t stayed or are unfamiliar with the area. We wanted this location for fishing and Bridge St. so the location was perfect for us! I will preface this by saying that we have rented a LOT of properties on VRBO and other apps and have not have a bad experience, until now. This wasn’t awful but it wasn’t optimal for what we paid to be here. I’ll start at the beginning. The entry system is archaic. It’s a lockbox screwed to the wall. If you aren’t staying together as a family the whole time, you have to constantly lock and and unlock the lockbox and leave the key there so everyone has access at all times and so you don’t lose the key. For what it costs to add keyless entry these days, this is annoying - however a minor inconvenience to what came next. I read that we would be left some “starter items” (I.e. dish soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry and dishwasher items). Upon arrival there were no garbage bags, nothing to start laundry or the dishwasher. We did have toilet paper thankfully, and a small roll of paper towel. The garbage bag was really frustrating as a family with children walking in from an hour ride from the airport at 11pm, we had trash that had to sit on the counters until the next day when I could go grocery shopping. The property clearly hasn’t been deep cleaned in a long time. The insides of the kitchen drawers and baseboards are dirty, the fake plants (particularly the one in the master bedroom) are disgusting and haven’t been dusted or cleaned in a long time. I mean, it’s REALLY BAD- It should just be removed. The rugs in master bath and living room really need to be cleaned. The couch and chairs in the living room/pillow covers really need to be cleaned before being rented again. This all was tolerable. What isn’t is the bugs in the kitchen. ALL OVER THE COUNTERS AND SINK. There were hundreds of them on our things! It took TWO DAYS to get them to even call me back! Pest services was supposed to come finally on our last day there. I waited two hours and NO ONE CAME! I left a message with guest services and NO CALL BACK! No apology- nothing!!!
