The upper unit at Bliss & Tonic has the better view. The covered deck sits elevated over the Intracoastal Waterway — high enough to feel removed from the neighborhood below, open enough to catch the bay breeze morning and evening. Sunrises happen in front of you whether you plan for them or not. It's the kind of deck that earns its own place in the itinerary.

Inside, the open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is bright and comfortable. Large windows and sliding doors connect the interior to the deck so the water view stays close. The primary suite has a king bed and its own en-suite bath. The guest bedroom has a full and a twin, ideal for families with kids of different ages. A den with a trundle bed handles additional guests. The living room sofa sleeper covers two more, sleeping six total. Fast WiFi, a 55" Smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer and dryer in the unit mean the practical side of a week-long stay is handled without thinking about it.

The Gulf is two blocks away. Steps from the property, a local park delivers what most vacation rentals can't: a kayak and paddleboard launch directly onto the Intracoastal Waterway, a fishing pier, a basketball court, and a playground. Guests have launched kayaks before breakfast and let the kids run the court while dinner was on the grill — all without getting in the car.

Bridge Street is minutes out — groceries, restaurants, and the free island trolley all within easy reach for exploring the full length of AMI without moving your car once you've parked.

Bliss & Tonic Up can be rented on its own or combined with Bliss & Tonic Down for groups needing four bedrooms, four bathrooms, and sleeping up to 12. Both units managed by Island Vacation Properties.
