Nice view and beautiful home

Very nice location to stay. Only issue we had was parking was very tight so prepare for that if you have a large suv or truck.

Bradenton Beachfront

Awesome location! Great beach and stones throw from Bridge street shops and several restaurants. Balcony on beach side not big enough to eat on, but great for watching sunsets along with "crows nest" on roof top. Would have liked an elevator to 2nd and 3rd floors, but location made up for the absence of one. Will try and book this rental again!

Perfect Location

The home is very spacious for multiple family members to gather but also retreat to their spaces. The views are amazing. The location is ideal for walking everywhere and experiencing an ideal vacation. We’ll def stay here again!

Beautiful condo, dreamy beachfront views, walkable location!!

My family and I had an absolute wonderful time at this condo! It was clean, spacious, and everything we needed for a wonderful vacation. The location could not be beat, very walkable, restaurants, and shops. We love that it was two condos, combined the one with accessible stairs to both. It was great for my father to have a separate area that had its own kitchen and living room.

Awesome stay in Bradenton Beach

We had an awesome stay at the “Linger Longer” home on Bradenton Beach. The location was perfect to get to all things on Anna Maria Island. We were only a short walk to Bridge Street shops, restaurants, and sites. The home has a secure garage to be able to park for your stay. The home is right on the beach for fun in the sun. We were there for a friends’ getaway. There was more then ample room for the five of us, with plenty of beds and bathrooms. The host, Andrew was very helpful and the cleaning staff went out of their way to make our stay wonderful. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

It is very dated and tired. Showers did not work. Would not go back. It did have an excellent location and gorgeous beach view with multiple decks. It just needs to be totally renovated to be a great stay.designated garage parking was a bonus.

Best Beach Vacation

This property is huge and perfect! The multiple bathrooms were great for the number of people. The check-in process was so easy. Parking was super convenient. Communication with the owner was excellent! I loved that we could get up, eat breakfast and walk straight out onto the beach. We came during a tropical storm and honestly, it was great watching it all out the windows in this rental. We had great weather after the first day! We loved having kitchens in both units. We also really enjoyed standing out on the balconies at night listening to the ocean. I’ll definitely be booking this property every time we come down to Bradenton Beach. The location is absolutely perfect!

Saved us in a pinch

We had booked another property months ago. We received a call the night before we were to stay and told us it was still under construction. Different company, which we will NEVER use again.As for this property, they have done an excellent job recovering from Hurricane Milton. The property was beautiful and they had one of the two pools fully open. The home had everything we needed and more. You don't have to carry your bags up to the bedrooms; THERE IS AN ELEVATOR! LOL.

On the beach!

This is a spacious apartment right on the beach with a dedicated parking spot. It is almost directly across the street from Bridge Street so it's a quick walk to restaurants, shops and the pier. This means it's also a busy/noisy location. Live music can be heard late into the evenings and the noise of cars driving by is ever present. This is an older building with older fixtures (low water pressure, noisy air conditioner). The center island in the kitchen is extremely low, making it an awkward workspace. The cleanliness was just average.

fantastic location, bigger than expected!

This place is that quintessential beach property. Its proximity to the beach is perfect, and there are stunning beach views from most rooms of the property. We got two units in this property, so we had the top floor and the main floor. We also had garage parking, which was nice. The top floor master has absolutely amazing views of the gulf, and the white sand beach below. We had the unfortunate incident of the AC going out. It has been repaired, and will probably work like new for your stay, but on our stay, we had to open the windows for cross ventilation. While it was very hot as we were trying to go to sleep, the home finally cooled off naturally in the very early hours of the morning. Waking up to the sounds of the gulf waves crashing on the white sand beach, and the gulf breeze wisping across the bed, as the drapes wafted into the room, almost dancing for us, it was an incredible experience, almost making it worth not having AC. This is not something I would have experienced otherwise. Fellas, want big points from your wife, right before she wakes up, open the slider in the upper master, and open the slider in the sitting area on the other end of the until. This will allow the natural gulf breeze to draw across the unit, and give her this dreamlike wakeup experience. As she wakes, hand her a cup of coffee. Its a moment she will cherish for the rest of her days. There is a huge tub, and a shower big enough for two, in the adjacent room, all with gulf views, just incase!

The view is absolutely incredible. The location on the island is great as well, near good restaurants and bars. House was clean, kitchen well stocked with equipment you might need including blender. Was doing some virtual work while here and internet was very strong.

This property is well maintained and managed. Communication from the owner was prompt. The furnishings aren't the newest, but everything was spotless. Kitchen was well thought out and had more than enough items to support and prepare meals, drinks, and appetizers. Extras abound, blankets...pillows...beach towels...beach chairs. As a plus, the units were dead quiet, with minimal to no sound intrusion, giving you a great sense of privacy and relaxation. Location is completely AMAZING, with both private and public beach access just outside the door. Watched the sunset from the top floor deck!Restaurants and a convenience store literally less than a block away. Thanks for a wonderful stay! Fellow travelers, choose this location with confidence!
