RVA features The Beach Club at Anna Maria. Old Florida charm meets modern, designer-decorated decor at this private, un-crowded hideaway. Decorated using clean lines and fresh colors, all while remaining inviting and engaging, this resort includes all that is signature to Southwest Florida. Traveling with a large party? Many of the units at this resort include lockout rooms, so you can open up several units for comfortable vacationing while maintaining privacy and space. All units feature a full-size kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, Plasma TV’s, wireless Internet access, private washer/dryer and pillow top mattresses. Located just steps from the unspoiled beaches, we invite you to open your windows and let the warm Gulf breezes and sounds of the waves lapping against the shore lull you to sleep. For luxurious accommodations on Anna Maria Island, the only choice is The Beach Club.

Limited Membership Privileges: Guests of The Beach Club at Anna Maria #13 will have temporary membership privileges at Cedars Tennis Resort located at 645 Cedars Court on Longboat Key. The limited temporary membership allows the guest access to fully-lit Har-Tru tennis and pickleball courts (after 1 p.m. daily and subject to availability), community bicycles and Jr. Olympic heated swimming pool. The guest will also have access to the community fitness center.

Accommodations: The Beach Club at Anna Maria is a relaxing, yet modern retreat located across the street from the Gulf of Mexico. Choose from our various unit styles including studio, one-, two, and three-bedroom units. Enjoy all the amenities of home in these fully furnished condominiums, including large Plasma TVs, full-sized kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, dining area and modern, yet beachy, decor.

Please Note: The Beach Club at Anna Maria is a self service resort; we do not provide daily housekeeping services. For your convenience, an amenity "Starter Kit" is provided to assist you upon your arrival. The property manager was Very Good! He went out of his way to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable! It was very convenient with the washer/dryer in room. Very nice to have umbrella for beach across street in room! Very nice to have beach loungers for our use, on beach across street. Very friendly clientele staying at the resort.

This is a fantastic property quite simply stated. The overall value was really great. The location for beach access couldn't have been better. The beach chairs were provided and already on the beach. Thew only negative was the thin walls that allowed us to hear the TV and music from next door. Since we weren't in the room that much it was tolerable. The TVs were difficult to navigate but once again no big deal. The positives for this property were so good it didn't even bother us that the pool was closed due to repairs being done. On site management office and personnel was a great surprise and made our stay even better. Very friendly property manager. The observation deck provided a greatr view of the magnificent sunsets. We will definitely return to this spot in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Kudos to Manager Michael, and associate Rhonda. Both were very helpful and accommodating. Been there before so we knew what to expect. Clean room, quiet area, close to the beach, great to have a washer/dryer, EZ parking. View of the water is sufficient, but not great. Owner should seriously consider promotions encouraging guests to sign up for the next year, at 15-20% less. Pricing has become too high, and extra fees are annoying. Charging $100 to have the room cleaned for the next person? Is that my responsibility?

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve been coming to Anna Maria Island and the Cortez area for 40 years. This was my first stay at the Beach Flub and it was great! You can sea the Gulf from the rooftop deck which is a really nice feature of the property. While the property is older, it has been recently updated. Everything was functional and very clean! I’d definitely stay there again. Great location. Really nice management team. Easy walk to grocery, restaurants and shops. Directly across the street from the gulf.

I appreciated the amount of communication provided by the host regarding our stay! The website was informative and they were responsive to our questions. Lovely location and exactly as described! Proximity to great restaurants and the beach made our stay perfect! We saved this as one of our favorites and hope to return in the future
