"Otter Creek Cottage worked very well for our group of six adults (two couples and two singles), it would also work great for someone with kids (the attic has so much room)! The property manager, Tim, was very responsive. Location is convenient to both Bar Harbor and Acadia, and an easy trip to Roosevelt-Campobello, and so many other things. Kitchen is very well stocked (loved the storage options)! The area is quiet, we enjoyed the back yard (plenty of seating), easy walk to a small market. Wi-Fi access was good. It was a wonderful stay! "This was conveniently located 15 minutes from Bar Harbor on the south side of Acadia National Park. The property is an upstairs apartment and is very clean with ample amenities. The best grocery store options are in Ellsworth, so load up there prior to entering Mount Desert island. We enjoyed being apart from the hustle and bustle of Bar Harbor yet having easy access to Acadia. Your hosts make check in a breeze and are very responsive. We enjoyed cycling on the carriage roads, sea kayaking, exploring the coast line, and even spent time in Southwest Harbor at the Wonderland trail and Beal’s lobster shack. I would definitely recommend this property!"
