"I prearranged late check-in but was left stranded at the airport after a 1 hour unavoidable flight delay. I was not allowed to check-in as there were no staff at the property. They were unhelpful, rude and did not offer a refund after crippling my holiday."

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. They have a communal lounge area where you can hang out and grab a drink, patio tables outside, and a restaurant that on its own is worth the visit. The breakfast was amazing and very filling. Rooms are serviced every day. Our apartment was comfortable with everything we needed. We chose to walk to and from the lake and although steep in parts, it is totally doable. "Amazing views and nice to have a pool, owners are very friendly. The downsides are you will need a car as it’s up steep hills also air con did not work at all and neither did the WiFi properly."
