"This hotel was a dream! The staff was absolutely fantastic; warm, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. The location is a bit off the beaten path, which makes it feel peaceful and secluded, but it’s something to be aware of when planning transportation. One important tip: make sure you book your ferry to Milna, not Bol like I mistakenly did. Bol is about an hour away by car, and the taxi was expensive—definitely double-check your port when booking. That said, everything else was amazing. The food at the restaurant was incredible—some of the best meals we had in Croatia, specially the breakfast, THE BEST EVER! The beds were unbelievably comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the amenities were spot on. The terrace and pool area are gorgeous, and there’s a beautiful beach just there. I honestly wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend for anyone looking to truly relax in style."

"We loved our stay here. Lovely room with very comfortable bed and nice bathroom. We had a room overlooking car park but it was cooler than sea facing rooms. Good hairdryer but kettle only on request. We enjoyed our breakfast and dinner with lots of choice. Only complaint was just one very slow coffee machine. Pool area was lovely and very clean. Great location just behind the beach"

"Starting with the positive, this hotel truly shines when it comes to its proximity to the beach and local attractions. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. However, our recent stay was unfortunately marred by a series of issues that impacted our experience. In one of our rooms, we encountered a clogged shower and a broken air conditioning unit, making for an uncomfortable stay. The refrigerator was also noticeably dirty upon arrival. In the second room, the AC unit was leaking. These maintenance issues are simply unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. Considering we booked this hotel specifically for its beach amenities, we were severely let down, for two out of our four days, the hotel ran out of beach towels by 10 AM, with staff unable to provide any estimate for when more would be available. Furthermore, the hotel's beach chairs were completely claimed by 5 AM every morning, forcing us to pay for external chairs daily. This completely negated one of the primary reasons we chose this hotel. To compound these problems, the hotel staff seemed indifferent to our concerns. When we brought these issues to their attention, while they addressed them, there was a distinct lack of empathy or urgency to resolve them. A more friendly and proactive approach from the staff would have gone a long way in mitigating our frustration. While the location is undeniably a major draw, the multitude of problems was notable. "The pools were dirty, especially the indoor pool. We had to leave a day early. We alerted the staff to this when we checked in. They said it wasn't a problem and had us fill out a form. When we we checked out, they said they were going to charge us for the day we weren't staying."
