"The Communication and picking up the key was super annoying. We had to wait forever to get the key and no one responded to our calls. First, we were provided with the wrong address, which was 30 min away. We were only provided with one roll of toilet paper for two nights which was certainly not enough...but the view of the apartment was great! To get there you have to carry everything a lot of stairs because parking is quite far..."

"Unser Mobilehome war sehr komfortabel, sauber und gepflegt. Der Empfang war herzlich und man hat sich sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Campingplatz ist sehr überschaubar und daher auch extrem ruhig. Für seine Kinder braucht man ein gutes selbstorgnaisiertes Programm. Die Wasserhüpfburg kostet 7€ für eine halbe Stunde. Finde ich persönlich überzogen und hat uns vom Gebrauch abgehalten. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen."

"We had a good stay, but there were ants everywhere in the apartment. They didn’t bother us too much, but you had to be careful where you left food. The beach is close, but the way back is very steep, so you Get a little workout. The apartment was quiet, clean and spacious. "Great location, spotless villa, would stay again! Villa Valentina in Bol was the perfect base for our stay. The great room was spacious and beautifully done, and the location couldn’t be beat. The villa was spotless throughout, and the pool was gorgeous. The kitchen was a great size, which made cooking easy, and the balcony was a lovely spot to relax and take in the views. Laundry service was a great touch too. We’d absolutely stay here again!"

"My wife and I just spend 4 lovely nights at this apartment in mid October 2025. Absolutely the perfect spot in Supetar, a short 5 minute walk to the promenade on the beach and from there less than 10 minutes to the old city, ferry terminal and all the great charms of the harbour. Waterman Svpetrvs Resort

"Overall, we enjoyed our stay and thought the hotel was lovely, with great facilities and a beautiful setting. However, there were a few areas where we felt communication which could be improved. It would have been helpful to receive more information on arrival about the hotel facilities, what was included in our all-inclusive package, and any additional costs. We often felt that we had to find this information out for ourselves, and unfortunately, not all of the reception staff were as helpful or informative as we would have expected. For example, depending on your all-inclusive status, only two of the pools are available without an additional charge. The adults-only pool has an extra charge, as does another pool. The beach sunbeds also cost €10 each, with a further €5 charge for a sunshade. We feel this information should be made clearer to guests when they arrive. Reception does have a useful map of Supetar showing where to purchase ferry and bus tickets, but again, we only found this out by asking. We also had an issue with the facilities available for guests with a late departure. As check-out is at 10am, we asked if there was somewhere we could leave our luggage. We were initially told that we could leave our luggage and that a room would be available for us to change and shower. However, when we returned later, a different receptionist told us that we could only change in the toilet. Overall we had a lovely stay and Supetar is a great place to visit"

"Would stay here over and over. It is a beautiful hotel, the room exceeded my expectations in every way. It was so well laid out and thoughtful. The staff was incredible and would go out of their way to meet our requests and make the stay even better. The pool is wonderful, the beach is excellent. The breakfast was superb, Book this hotel!"

"This hotel is amazing! The staff are absolutely excellent, very kind and the attention to detail is 5 star! The hotel is very conveniently situated and quiet. It has peaceful garden areas and the breakfast is served on a pretty terrace. Breakfast is cooked to your personal preferences. The room was spacious and luxurious. Thank you for an amazing stay, I hope we will come back one day."

"This was such a great hotel to just kick back and relax at for our last week in the country. The rooms were beautiful with a very nice balcony we could enjoy coffee on. The breakfast was fantastic with lots of variety. The lounge area was nice with lots of day beds and plenty of shade if you need. The boat refuelling station only became a bother when boaters argued. Other than that they were just part of the scenery."
