Second year renting from Northern Michigan Escapes in the same condo community. Great location, small beach with great access to Lake Charlevoix. Walkable to town. Beautiful sunsets every night!

great location, thought the unit a bit tired, carpet very spotted,lousy lighting in main room and bedrooms &really needs new lamps, grill not operating properly because not cleaned, need more beach chairs, old beach towels...kitchen well equipped..appreciated quick response from you to correct concerns....overpriced...unsure if we would rent again if others were available
