The home was exactly as advertised and was perfect for our family. Great location for skiing at Boyne Mt. Downtown Boyne City and 30 minutes to Petoskey.
Everything was spectacular. This home is so cozy and comfortable! Simply beautiful! The owners were very helpful and accommodating! We will most definitely be back!
The house was very spacious for our two families. Having downtown and boyne mountain so close meant we could easily go back and forth, and have access to any needs we had. Michelle was very attentive and shared great tips with us. Thanks for letting us stay at your place, it was a pleasantly memorable experience!
Absolutely great place, well equipped, beautiful town. Good restaurants, gorgeous sunsets. Wonderful lake close by and Boyne City sits in a triangle of 3 beautiful towns. While the guys golfed the girls enjoyed the shopping. It was a perfect trip!
Oh did I mention the owners were outstanding!
Our stay was perfect. From the proximity to the water to the overall house, everything was exactly what we were looking for. It was equally relaxing and comfortable. The hosts were very helpful and communicative. We look forward to a future stay!
We vacationed for a week with family in August at this lovely home. Our grandkids joined us for a few days and enjoyed the porch toys and big home. The owners were great to work with.
This house was a perfect place for our family vacation of 10! The house was perfect and just as described. Michelle was a wonderful host. She was great with communication and helped us with a recommendations. The house is a short walk to downtown Boyne which we took advantage of every morning walking to coffee and breakfast. We would absolutely stay here again!
This home is very beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The owners provided plentiful towels and other necessities that made our stay wonderful. Our family raved about how it was a perfect fit for our family wedding weekend!
Excellent hosts. A comfy, spacious, clean summer home. Wonderful wrap around porch and a fire pit in back yard. Close to enable us to walk downtown. Lincoln Place had ample room for us to come together and enjoy! We couldn’t have.been more pleased.
We just love everything about this property. Michelle and Chris are amazing communicators, great hosts, and the house is beautiful and so clean. This was our third year and we’ve already reserved for next year. Thank you for always providing such a cool experience and home for our annual ski weekend family trip!
This home was perfect for our annual girls weekend. It was clean and spacious and has everything you need plus some. Located in a quiet neighbor and in walking distance to quaint Boyne City. Communication from the owners was excellent and they provided the best recommendations for places to eat and things to do. Thank you tor sharing your home!
House was great for our group. The front porch was amazing along with the yard games. Nice location for walking into town. Michele checked in with us to make sure everything was good. Zero complaints, would stay again. Thanks Michele.
Great location just outside of downtown Boyne city. Clean. Lots of character. No issues with this great house. Owners were great as far as communication and their response to questions. Highly recommended in any season.
Our group of two families with small children loved our stay here. The house was clean and big and well appointed. We found everything we needed and loved the extra game equipment, well appointed kitchen, expansive front porch, big yard and comfortable beds and furniture. Michelle and Chris were gracious hosts checking in on us to make sure we were happy. The location wa sis it blocs to water and downtown. We loved this rental!
Rented this home for overflow for a long planned and large family vacation. Received rave reviews from all who stayed at the house. Great location within walking distance to gorgeous Lake Charlevoix. My nieces (27-33 years old) and their spouses loved the short walk to Boyne City and all the restaurants and activities the quaint resort town hosted over the holiday weekend. Michele and Chris were easy to deal from the initial VBRO search through the rental week and gracious hosts. Highly recommend!
Very clean and beautiful home in a great location conveniently located 6 miles from Boyne Mtn. and close to many other skiing opportunities and area restaurants. The host responded promptly to our message while we were there. And provided many essentials you don't always get with other VRBO rentals. Like plenty of towels, toilet paper, even shampoo, conditioner and bodywash!
Our family had plenty of room to sleep and with 3 bathrooms had ample showers. Very pleased with our stay! We will highly recommend to others that may be heading to Boyne!
Had to come to Boyne for the weekend because of a family open house. Had a couple people with limited mobility and the house, while technically not accessible was pretty good if they can handle two steps up the front steps. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was way more stocked with equipment and staples than is typically. We didn’t have to cook, but it’s always annoying to have to buy salt/pepper and such. Host was friendly in a couple interactions. Clean and well maintained historic home. Good location for going downtown. Would recommend, would stay again.
This property was wonderful! There was plenty of living space and bedroom/bed options for all 8 of us (two families), plenty of bathrooms, and good amenities. The bedrooms with King and Queen beds were spacious. The bunk room was a little on the colder side, but extra blankets were provided to help with that. There was a nice entry way with coat closet and plenty of space for snow boots and shoes. The living room was comfy and the kids loved the opening between the kitchen and the living room with little bar and stools where they could eat or talk while cooking in the kitchen. Plenty of storage space and nice additions of water bottles, hot chocolate, tea, etc. left for us upon check in. The washing machine broke right before we arrived and the owners made an effort to get it repaired while we were there. When that wasn't possible, they offered to pay for laundromat if we needed it. Good location near Boyne Mountain, Avalanche Mountain Preserve which has a really good sledding hill, the town with restaurants, etc. The owners provided a recommendation list of their favorite spots nearby with tips. The only suggestion would be to add curtains or shades in the upstairs bathroom windows for better sense of privacy. We really enjoyed our stay at this location, would highly recommend this to families and friends, and would stay here again.
