Fully renovated in Fall of 2024. Walk just 4 blocks to downtown Boyne City from this colonial, perfect for families or groups of up to 8. Enjoy a bright living space, fully stocked kitchen, 4 bedrooms, garage parking, and a fully fenced yard with fire pit, grill, and porch seating. Ideal year-round—summer beach days, fall colors, and winter skiing nearby. Pet friendly with fenced in yard. Centrally located.

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

We do allow pets for an additional fee. Please inquire as to our pet policy. Bringing pets without contacting us may result in a cancelation of your reservation and keeping of your security deposit.

The location is perfect. A few short blocks to downtown Boyne City and 10 minute drive to Boyne Mountain. The kitchen is spacious and perfect for family meals. The beds are comfortable, and the living room cozy. The fenced-in backyard is perfect for your pet. The owners/management are very kind and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
