Enjoy a relaxing stay at our home two blocks from lake Charlevoix boat launch. Bring your boat! We have room for your boat and trailer. This property is a duplex. You will be renting the front unit. We are right across the street from a nature preserve. You have a private deck outside the front door to enjoy your morning coffee. If it's a little chilly there is a propane fire pit to keep you warm.
We have central air and Wi-Fi along with on demand hot water.

Ski vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO. It was updated, clean, and cozy. The communication with the owner was amazing and she was happy to offer suggestions for activities, restaurants, etc in the area. Would definitely stay here again!!

We had a great stay in Boyne City at this property. Access was a breeze and the host was friendly and responsive. House is quaint and newly remodeled. It had all the amenities we needed for our winger ski trip to Boyne Mt!

Great stay for a ski trip!

Cozy, fresh, stylish and remodeled - very comfortable beds, linens and fully equipped kitchen. Host was generous and very great /easy to communicate with - place was so cute I took a few pictures to emulate a few designs in my own home! Don't hesitate - highly recommend!

Fishing weekend

Great clean convenient and cozy place! Room to park a boat without unhooking form truck. Close to the ramp but on quiet road. Excellent stay!!!

Beautiful Boyne Home

This beautiful home is exactly as the pictures show, spotlessly clean and well appointed. The beds were very comfortable, something you don’t always get at a rental. We enjoyed sitting on the deck by the fire pit. I can’t say enough about the wonderful accommodations, Kathy’s attention to details made for a great stay!!

Boyne Rental

I have stayed in several rentals in the Boyne area and this one is by far the cleanest and most orderly I’ve experienced. The host responds quickly to any questions you may have regarding your stay and has made the accommodations as comfortable as possible. The home sits in a quiet neighborhood and is convenient to shopping parks and restaurants. We look forward to another booking next time we are in Boyne City.

Wonderful experience!

We’ve stayed at a number of places in Boyne. This one was definitely a favorite. Kathy was a wonderful host. The location is great--a quiet street across from a wooded area, close to downtown Boyne. Everything was clean and new. We don't spend a lot of time in the house when we are vacationing, but it was very comfortable for the 3 children and 3 adults. We had a great time.
