- Located directly on Lake Charlevoix and only 2 miles from Downtown Boyne City the Porter Creek LN. Cottage will provide you a unique balance of nature and amenities. The property accommodates 11 bed for sleeping, a spacious living room with fireplace and an updated kitchen. From the front of the property enjoy 105 feet of sandy Lake Charlevoix with a large new dock for swimming. From the rear of the property enjoy a cup of coffee or have a fire along Porter Creek which flows directly through the property. The property is 2 miles to Boyne City, 5 miles from the landing and a short drive to Charlevoix, Petoskey and Harbor springs. If you like to Ski or would enjoy the water park we’re 10 minutes to Boyne Mountain.
