  • You will enjoy the comfort and convenience of this quaint, historic cottage in a peaceful Boyne City neighborhood. Walking distance to Peninsula Beach, downtown shops, restaurants, and hiking or mountain biking at Avalanche Preserve. Attached sundeck and a spacious backyard. One bedroom downstairs and two bedrooms and one full bathroom upstairs. There is also a full bathroom and washer/dryer downstairs. Living room and TV/sitting room, and dining area off the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house is Internet connected and one Smart TV is set for Internet TV connection. Parking for two cars in the driveway.
