Suite 314 is a totally renovated and tastefully decorated third-floor suite with breathtaking views of Lake Charlevoix. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen that includes a full-size oven, under-cabinet refrigerator, and beverage refrigerator. This unit has a brand new built-in seating area around the dining table. The living room features a queen-size sofa sleeper, gas log fireplace, and a 55" flat-screen TV. The sliding glass door opens to a balcony that overlooks our private beach. Upstairs you will find a bedroom with a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, and a bathroom with a Euro shower and two separate vanities. The upstairs also offers yet another spectacular view of Lake Charlevoix.

Water Street Inn is located on stunning Lake Charlevoix. The Inn is an ideal location for a short getaway, extended vacation, or wedding celebration. One-bedroom/one-bath units offer all the amenities needed for a comfortable home-away-from-home stay. Right next door to a public beach that has a splash pad, play ground, and volleyball nets; perfect for all ages. Walkable to restaurants, ice cream and all downtown shops. Boat rentals are available next door at Boyne Water Sports. Each condo is individually owned and uniquely decorated. Stay in a different room every time or find a favorite. High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the building, as well as a guest laundry facility. Outdoor lockers are available for skis or other outdoor gear.

Perfect Spot, Beautiful Setting

This lake shore condo was the perfect spot for our family of 4 to stay while skiing/boarding at Boyne Mountain. Would definitely recommend it and will consider staying here again on future trips!

Nice Condo with a View

Sitting on our balcony for sunsets never disappoints us. Walking and biking distance to shops, restaurants and grocery store in town, and to Avalanche Mountain to hike or bike. Our favorite places for good food are Cafe Sante, Gilda’s authentic French Bakery, and Boyne River Inn, but there are many more to choose from as well. Kayaking down the Boyne River with Boyne River Adventures was awesome. Can’t wait to return to Boyne City and the Water street Inn on the shore of beautiful Lake Charlevvoix!

Wonderful Experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my third time staying at Water Street Inn, but my first time in this particular unit. The unit was exactly as described. My only complaint, more of a personal preference, is that the couch and bed were a little firm, and you couldn't fit/stand up larger/taller items in the under-the-counter fridge. Even though the air conditioner is located on the upper level, it was still cool on the lower level, and temperatures during my stay were in the 90s. Housekeeping requests were simple, and property management customer service was great. The private beach and the views are the best features. Quick 5-minute walk to coffee shops and restaurants. I'd stay in this unit and at this property again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I have been going there for over 25 years and have always been very impressed with our stay. Things this time were a little different. Two main points that made our stay less enjoyable. First, no longer any room service. We have to place our dirty towels in the hallway. The pandemic is over. Let’s get back to the way things used to be. The price to stay there continues to skyrocket but we get very little to no room service. What the is reason for constant price increase. Secondly and most disturbing, my wife and I stayed in 314 and on out last night there a group of men in room 315 next to ours in the early evening. First of all they were sitting on the balcony using vulgar language, the F word was every other word and this went on for an hour or more. Secondly, the same group, in 315 were cooking on the balcony with a propane grill and the smell was in our room for the rest of the evening. Are we allowed to cook with a propane grill on our 3rd floor balcony? Also the language with small children and families within earshot was terrible.

Stunning location!

I had the best stay here. The room was clean, comfortable, and had the most amazing view. It is at the best location if you want to walk around to local shops or restaurants and only 30 minutes away from Walloon, Petoskey, etc. for more wineries and restaurants. Communication and the check-in and out process was very smooth and simple. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. I will definitely be staying again!
