This super clean and affordable 2 bed/1 bath home in Boyne City has all the amenities you need for a great stay including a great location. Walk to shopping and restaurants, farmers market and stroll the streets on Friday nights.
The space
This home is neat, clean and welcoming. It has a nice back deck with a gas BBQ and large peaceful yard to enjoy. Spacious open living room has recliners with USB ports for everyone to relax and unwind. The location is a central spot to visit all the poplar locations in Northern Michigan.

Cute home and property. Clean and cozy place that we may return to if we are ever in the area again! Had extra linens and an air mattress for our kiddo that doesn’t like to share a bed. Close to a lot of attractions, for us the Petoskey soccer fields.

A gem in Boyne city

The house was so clean and nice, enjoyed our stay immensely. It sits back off the road (felt very private) and had all the stuff we needed. Close to downtown and Lake Charlevoix., I would definitely stay at this home again and the communication with host (excellent).

Cabin with your own woods in Boyne City

Great location. Home is nestled back from the road with your own woods. Don't be surprised by frequent visits from the local deer.

This home was comfortable, roomy and clean. The location is quiet and convenient to drive to Boyne Falls and Charlevoix. It is not within walking distance to downtown for restaurants and shops.

Michigan Mountain Mayhem Bike Ride

Clean, functional, comfortable and reasonably priced. Well stocked kitchen - bathroom, too, with ample, quality towels and paper products. Three blocks from the event start; less than a mile from its finish. Easy, relaxed walk to downtown, including a good selection of shops and restaurants. Being able to bring his dog along simplified travel plans for our adult son.

A nice centrally located rental property. Small extras like snacks and water bottles was a nice touch. Wished the listing had said that it had room/window air conditioners so 2nd bedroom ran a little warm. They did provide a fan in that room though.

Boyne City stay

comfortable house with amenities, there was no direct phone communication with owner, but none was needed. There was a nice folder with clear directions. The only thing I would like to suggest would be both bedrooms have an A/C as the one room would get stuffy when door was shut for privacy. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay!!

Fabulous

We had a wonderful time. The property is private. The backyard is huge. The house is so comfy and cozy. The kitchen appliances, big and small, pots & pans, dishes, plenty of kitchen supplies for easy meals preparing. The furniture is comfortable. The beds were nice. The linens were provided. Washer and dryer were helpful. We had a fabulous time. And close to many places to explore! Thank you!

Peaceful Getaway spot

This property was a great location for things to do in Boyne, Charlevoix, and Petoskey. Anything you could need was provided to cook in this house which was great. Felt nice and homey, in a great neighborhood where we felt safe and it was very quiet. Used the gas fireplace on the back porch which was a great perk. Great big backyard for our dog that joined. Some bottles/cans/ and dog poop around the perimeter in bushes but it's hard to catch every little thing left by previous guests. Overall a fantastic stay and would come back!

Very good size kitchen and setup/layout. The living room was also setup perfectly and very comfy. The beds are nearing end of life but not terrible. Overall great location, great layout, and beautiful/comfortable stay. Hosts were very responsive.
