"La limpieza al cuarto dio mucho de qué hablar en mi segundo día en la estancia considerando que sería mi tercera noche pedí que se hiciera mi cuarto, todo el día estuve fuera y cuando regresé esperaba ver mi cuarto ya limpio, pero Noo solo encontré que sacaron las basuras y las toallas limpias nomas aventadas en el baño ósea ni siquiera se tomaron el tiempo de acomodarlas y la cama no la hicieron. Realmente no me volvería a quedar en este hotel."

"They tried to charge me twice for my room. They said my card didn't go through. I showed them on my bank app it did and were still denying me my room. Said they're system glitched but another person was able to check in no problem.The security lock on the door, screws were coming off. Put a table in front of the door. Staff was rude and unprofessional. Bed sheets were stain and old. Bed was hard, paint coming off of walls in the restroom due to water stains. They should update their rooms. Will never go back. Horrible experience. The rooms also had a weird smell."

"We traveled to Riverside for our daughter's wedding & found this incredible home in Canyon Crest. It is the 1st time we rented a home that not only felt like home but that we did not want to leave. The home was perfect in all aspects, warm, cozy, comfortable & had everything we needed during our stay. We loved the location, a short distance to all conveniences, including a beautiful walk to an incredible park at the top of the hill. The hosts were extremely responsive to anything we inquired about. Don't miss this beautiful, relaxing experience. The view from the yard is truly spectacular, with an amazing pool and hot tub. The property has so much room with a private master suite upstairs. Beds are great. House is so large & quiet & has everything you need, including a great game room. My wife & I are already talking about going back. If there was a rating in excess of 5 stars that would be my rating."

"The Beds were uncomfortable and the listing made the beds sound like they were something different then what they actually were. The bathroom was falling apart. My Check In time got moved from 3pm to 4pm. Everywhere I looked on the app and in the house rules says check-in was at 3pm but they wouldn't give me the code until 4pm. We say outside the house in almost 90 degree weather with a newborn because they wouldn't let us in until 4pm. Check out process was easy "

"My family and I stayed at this property over Christmas. The house was spacious for my family of 4 adults, 4 children and 2 dogs. It is clean and modern. We were very pleased with the host as well. Eric was quick to respond to our messages. We did have a few issues. There was an issue with the garage door and few minor issues that did not impact our stay. We would absolutely book this house again when we come to the area. It is perfect for a big group. "
