The room and bathroom were very clean, the linen was spotless. The bed and pillows were fantasticly comfortable. The staff were very professional and accommodating. There was no iron, so I had to get around in wrinkled clothes. Accessibility was via stairs from the car park which should have been mentioned. It's why I won't stay again as I have chronic neuropathy and stairs are painful for me.

Easy local Bowral accomodation.

Great overnight stay close to everything. Lighting within the room could be better and the bed needs some brakes as it moves on the floorboards. Would I stay there again, yes. Price good, location excellent, parking at door, no noise and easy to check in and out of.

Centrally located but noisy on week nights. Garbage trucks at 2.30am and 5.30am. Poor maintenance...toilet seat needs fixing and hand basin leaking onto the floor. Bathroom floor not mopped. Bed comfortable.

The room was nice but the carpet could do with a shampoo, very visible large stains. Bed was comfortable but pillows terrible. Lovely bathroom with a really good shower. Proper coffee maker and real milk was a plus compared to so many places that only offer instant coffee and whitener. Overall, a pleasant place for a short stay.

Location was fantastic, near the main street and close to shops and restaurants. Accommodation was good too, small cabin-like rooms (separate to the pub) were cute and all we needed for this short stay. The bathroom was modern and the room had a cupboard for our suits which I appreciated. Areas of improvement; We had to wait about 10 minutes for staff at the pub upon checkin, felt like no one was there. The top bed sheet was stained when we entered our room and was a bit of a turn off and made us question the cleanliness of the room. The parking outside the accommodation was unclear. Main issue, however, was the moving bed. The bed was on wheels and kept sliding away from the wall which was very annoying. All said and done, i would probably stay here again.
