Clean newer hotel, nice room, comfortable bed. Only down side was a lot of dust in room especially bathroom vent, a towel supposed to be clean was dirty yellow stain on towel. But nice place.

Fun and colorful with nice lobby, plenty of seats and cubbies to do work from. Rooms are typical for what you pay for. Dog friendly!!

LynnOur apologies for the road noise you experienced during your stay. Bowling Green can be quite busy during the Spring and Summer tourist seasons. We're glad you enjoyed the other aspects of our property, and if you're in the Bowling Green area again in the future, please visit again. We have amenities such as earplugs available at the front desk, should guests be adversely affected by the noises other travelers and guests can make while visiting. Have a wonderful 2024!

We were just in town for one night and was greeted well and was a timely checkin, had free fresh coffee and hot chocolate option out front. The room was clean, and was so many dining options around town. Will definitely stay again

The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and had a large variety of items to choose from. The pool was not working when we were there so that should be listed in the site just in case someone was booking for an indoor pool.

First time staying at a Tru property. It was neat, clean, & comfortable with a modern style I think appeals to a younger crowd. It’s also very bare bones as far as amenities. No closet or dresser to store clothing; SMALL fridge and nothing more in the room. Tile floors through out the room; no carpet. Bathroom was nice; a big walkin shower, but no handle on the inside of the shower door to close it with(?). We were only there one night, and I wouldn’t want to stay multiple days living out of a suitcase. Breakfast was included, however the “build your own” breakfast is nothing different than the serve yourself breakfast bar offered by other chains.

Friendly front desk person! Wondering why the pool was closed!!! Part of my selection of this hotel was the indoor pool! Disappointed it was closed, looked like it was operating, but a sign on door saying it was closed

Soaps and lotions are in containers on the wall that must be squeezed very hard. Not doable for anyone with arthritis or weakness in their hands. Would have been impossible to deal with if my husband wasn’t there to stand outside the shower and help me. Also, rooms r small with absolutely no drawer space.

Fantastic experience!
This was the first time we had ever stayed at a Tru. Its modern style and bright colors were fun and inviting! Everything was very clean. I find my favorite things were that I could live like I do at home. For example, I think there were NINE outlets in the room. They were easy to reach. Four of them were waist height along the wall/counter across from the bed. The other five were between and on each side of the beds. Charging everything for all three of us was so easy. Another example was the food. They had oatmeal, but they also had dried fruit and sunflower seeds and other things that I normally eat. The menu just seemed like it was for more of a modern way of eating. I also found the vibe to be pretty invigorating. Usually I feel pretty sluggish and sleepy at hotels, but this fun. I really enjoyed it!

Great place to stay, clean, good breakfast and staff friendly and helpful, only issue we had was our heating/cooling system would not turn off so we had a somewhat sleepless night because of this. Called front desk and she tried to move us but again could not turn off system in the other room, Shelley was very helpful and polite.

We were traveling late into the night and were afraid we wouldn’t find somewhere to stay. Sherry was very reassuring and helpful when we arrived. Even though they were having computer troubles she quickly got us checked in and to our room. She even offered to extend our check out so we could sleep (though we didn’t need it). We go through this area 1-2 times per year and will definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel
Great hotel! Very nice staff. Breakfast staff was great as well. Pool not as warm as you'd think but enjoyed everything. Convenient location for everything! Would stay again.
