"I stayed at this property for a couple of days. Apparently they only service the room every other day. So we had to ask the front desk for some fresh towels and toilet paper the next day. I was in my room the second day when it was supposed to be service but, no one came to do it. I was back to the hotel room around 3pm. Nothing was service or changed. We didn’t get any new towels or restocking. So nobody ever came to do their job. I told the front desk about it and she didn’t say nothing."

"This hotel was under renovation when I stayed 04/02-04/05. I love that they had 2 restaurants on property because I didn't have a rental car. Breakfast in the cafe was DELICIOUS and affordable! The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and shops that are walking distance. I forgot to alert front desk on my departure that the toilet in my room could have been cleaned. Good thing I travel with clean products, but there was fecal matter stuck in the canal, and it was very to remove. Also, the toilet will be needing some work because if I didn't jiggle the handle, it would have kept running. I loved that the room and beds have sensor lighting. More specifically, there were sensor lights underneath/around the bed, but I had to get maintenance to turn them off because the sensors weren't working because the lights kept me up most of the night. The hotel has an indoor/outdoor pool. Unfortunately, this pool doesn't open until Memorial Day weekend. IMO, Indoor pools should be open all year like many hotels who have indoor pools. All in all, I would stay there again. "

"The Perfect Place for a Special Celebration – Unforgettable Stay!This home was truly something special for us as we gathered to celebrate my dear friend’s 60th birthday. From the moment we arrived, it felt warm, inviting, and perfectly suited for bringing people together.The layout made it easy for everyone staying overnight to be comfortable, while also creating a fantastic space for hosting guests who came to celebrate. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit, and the game room kept everyone entertained for hours — from billiards and ping pong to a wide variety of arcade games, there was something for everyone.Our fur babies loved the fenced yard, which gave them plenty of space to run and enjoy themselves. The outdoor kitchen and grilling area made hosting effortless — we were able to cook up burgers and hot dogs for the group and enjoy everything together outside.The lake and dock added another layer to the experience, providing fun fishing moments for the boys and a peaceful backdrop for morning coffee and evening wine. The views alone made this place worth it.The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, quickly assisting us with the few minor questions we had, including walking us through setting up the hot tub temperature and features.This property delivered on every level — fun, comfort, and a beautiful setting. It made a milestone birthday truly memorable, and we would absolutely stay here again!"

"Our stay at the 713 Cedar Trace SW Lilburn, GA home did not meet our expectations. Property 4950477 is not “new” nor a luxury home. Further, it DOES NOT match the listing description/photos. PROS: Great location, quiet neighborhood and easy access. CONS: Serious security and safety issues both interior and exterior. Gates to backyard are open to public (with an exposed-uncovered swimming pool), broken glass, torn shutters and trash in the front yard. Interior has inviting kitchen/living rooms, but the entire home had a sewer gas smell, poor housekeeping (mold/mud on bathroom floors, dirty toilets) and unsafe hazards (curling rugs & loose outlets). Beds did not have “high quality” mattresses as advertised. We were very disappointed. After filing a complaint (with photo evidence), the hosts reimbursed us for one night (out of four). We do not recommend renting this property. "
