"The rooms on the first floor are not in good condition smells of order covered with bleach and the a/c was not working properly the lights and phone was not working in one of the rooms I had to switch rooms twice would not stay here again was just pass through Atlanta "

"Did Not Get to Check in Due to NO Rooms Available. Traveled 7 hours to not have a room even though money was taken from my card 2 days before to 'guarantee' room is secure. When I asked for accommodation to be relocated to another location with a room, I was told I would have to pay for the stay because the money does not transfer, They charged my Card AGAIN for a night because I was unable to check in. When I asked who to speak to regarding fees Intown said to speak with Expedia, and when I spoke to Expedia they said it wasn't them, to contact Intown (While Still in lobby). On Bank Statement its Labeled as Intown Took Payment Even Though The Lady at Desk Said they don't have access to funds UNTIL check in because Expedia have payment info. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! check in was 3-6-23 still have not received any money back"

"Pros- location was good for us as it was only 12 minutes from our son & daughter in law’s house and also close to the highway. Cons - sketchy neighborhood (one neighbor’s house looked like an auto repair shop); back yard is not safe for dogs - there is much trash (old tire, broken plastic parts, loose bricks, loose wires, fence loose in many places); beds were not comfortable; one bathroom door didn’t open all the way; there was a foosball table in the kitchen that doesn’t appear in the online photos and was really in our way; the kitchen was minimally equipped for cooking; and finally, the owner, Maria, was quite unfriendly when I mentioned to her that we were going to have our family over for dinner on our first night. I am a rental host myself and I know what it takes to make guests comfortable. I have to say this house does not meet normal expectations."

"Just as presented, the property was everything it said it was in the advertisement. The home was super clean and all of amenities including the fast wifi was over flowing. There were extra everything. They gad spices, snacks, entertainment. The host Tarsha went above and beyond to accomodate us whenever we needed her. We decided to check in early and stay later because we enjoyed the place so much. We definitely will be returning and recommend the home to others, you will be satisfied. Way to go Tarsha, we loved your place....Thank you for your hospitality."
