The Coastal House Downtown Gilbert

  • We are newer owners of a well known vacation rental steps away from Downtown Gilbert and cannot wait to share our incredibly cozy place. Fully equip kitchen, comfortable new furniture throughout, plush throw blankets, full size washer/dryer, clothing steamer, Roku TV with streaming capabilities, and 5G internet. For those who like to travel a little lighter, we've included a hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in each bathroom. Charming backyard features string lit patio with table and chairs, hot tub and a view of the Gilbert Water Tower. Parking available for up to 2 vehicles. One compact spot available inside the RV gate entrance and another curbside in front of the home.

    Restaurants, bars and entertainment all within 1/2 mile including O.H.S.O, Culinary Drop Out, Barrio Queen, Joy Ride Taco, Postino, Dierks Bentley's Whiskey Row, Snooze, Jesterz Improv Comedy and Hale Theatre. And a Farmer's Market every Saturday morning. As an added perk, we've included host recommendations in the Welcome Book once you arrive.

    Cute little house all around for any stay with family and friends. No pets (service animals allowed). Being located in vibrant Downtown Heritage District, there is a local train nearby that will likely pass through and sound the horn day or night. We provide a noise machine for light sleepers.
