"My room had a smell, but do able for one night, after i sprayed air freshener. The bathroom was dated, I was uncomfortable taking a shower. The tub had to much of a rusty look and what appeared to be mold."

"Once we got the hang of the security codes & were able to enter the building, the apt was really nice and comfortable. The location was excellent for what we needed , and after a long day away, it was a great place to return to. There were a few minor hiccups, but these were reported to the managers in a different forum but did not take away from our overall satisfaction with the place. "The hotel is located in a very bad area. It has a terrible smell and is dirty. The hallway smells like marijuana. There is a lot of noise, people use foul language, and the overall experience is horrible.I don’t recommend at all really bad"

"This was what the "doctor ordered." I just lost my husband a week ago, and I needed to visit NJ suddenly. Charles understood right away that I need my space and was attentive but left me alone. Quiet, clean, truly cozy, and cute. There was everything one could want, and all in a clean and organized manner. From towels to hair dryer to a wonderful bottle of wine, water, and many little touches you don't usually get in a rental. Charles was also very accommodating and even offered to let my dog out when I had to go to work. All in all, greatness. Highly recommended."

"Be careful — here's what happened:I made a reservation a week before our travel date, and the payment was successfully withdrawn from my bank account. I waited for an email from the host with directions and details about the property, but I never received anything. I reached out to the host, and they first told me there was no parking for my car. Then, surprisingly, they claimed they hadn’t received my reservation or any payment — this was the night before our trip. It was a terrible experience.Thankfully, Vrbo stepped in and refunded me, but we were left scrambling to find a new place to stay at the last minute. Very stressful and disappointing."
