"The property had a good layout, parking and a nice looking pool and hot tub. However, the gym inadequate and consisted of a poorly functioning treadmill, one other small piece of equipment and a few hand weights. No mats. The staff was limited, but was polite and accommodating. The only breakfast an available was a $12 per person buffet, no coffee in the lobby and no restaurant otherwise. There was a bar open Saturday night. It appeared that property hadn’t been updated or maintained in years. In our room the carpet was old, one of the 2 sinks had a nonfunctional hot water handle, that fell off in my husband’s hand. The shower curtain rod was bent and coming loose from the wall. One of the electrical outlet covers was loose dangling from the wall. "

"The rooms in this hotel are in desperate need of renovation, walls and corners in bathrooms were unclean, carpet and sofa unpleasant. Bed linens were good and the location was perfect for our trip so we continued with our stay, plus the front desk staff were awesome."

"I confirmed the day before I’d be checking in by 11pm, they said I had until midnight. Even I arrived exhausted from traveling at 1031pm they said they cancelled my reservation and gave the room away because I didn’t answer their call when. Prostitues and a pimp were working the parking. Employee Victor was unprofessional and it took me till 1am to find another hotel, thankfully I did and it was so much better than this dump."

"We came from High Point NC for our daughter’s graduation from UNC Chapel Hill, the location was perfect for the weekend. Breakfast was great, Beds and pillows were amazing and Very Clean. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We will definitely will stay here again when in this area!!!! "

The attic apartment above the garage had “cozy” energy, which is realtor code for “watch your head on every ceiling beam.” The shower pressure was so weak I’m pretty sure the water was arriving via eyedropper. I spent more time negotiating with the door locks than actually relaxing — every entry felt like cracking a safe in a heist movie. By day two, I considered leaving breadcrumbs just in case I couldn’t get back inside. That said, it was memorable, and I now possess the patience of a monk and the upper-body strength from trying to rinse shampoo out of my hair. One step above pitching a tent in a public park."
