"Acceptable accommodation but not great. It’s a long circuitous walk to the rooms from the lobby which includes going outdoors. The door to my room didn’t fit well and involved some effort to open and close. The HVAC unit did not appear to be working. The airport shuttle was late both times I used it, despite the front desk telling me that I needed to be 5 minutes early as it left promptly on time. The room was clean and the staff pleasant, on the high side. "

"This is an excellent property, right in the terminal building of Vancouver airport. Perfect for late arrivals or early departures."

"Breakfast was not actually included despite what my reservation stated. Not that the continental breakfast looked like anything amazing, but still annoying to have that falsified on the reservation. So make sure at the hotel to save yourself time"

"Great location, clean, nicely updated, beds were comfortable. We did not use all of the amenities but there were some really nice features like a communal kitchen and roof top patio as well as good coffee in the lobby with spaces to sit and enjoy. We stayed in a room with shared hallway bathroom and a con would be there was only one toilet on our floor and it was on the other side of the floor. Sound proofing not great in rooms and doors were making loud noises as other occupants went in and out late at night. Ice machine was locked and inaccessible late at night. I would stay again as the pros outweigh the cons and would be a great place for families or groups with the common areas being very well thought out and excellent location by downtown and sky train."
