"Hotel is newly built, rooms are very nice indeed , staff are very good , breakfast choice excellent range for everyone . Customer Relations Staff are excellent. However Airport pick up is NOT complimentary and is charged at 750MAD when you can get a Luxury Pick at 300MAD WE were asked if we needed a pick up from the Airport on arrival , but never told that it would cost 750 MAD , which was totally out of order . "Very hard to give an objective review to this hotel… The staff is truly amazing, polite, very attentive to details, always prompt to help, but the hotel… The rooms are totally rundown, mattress less comfortable that the floor, even clean, the bathroom looks and smells terrible, and, icing on the cake, there is a roof top night club making it impossible to sleep until 5am, no matter at floor you are. I wish I hadn’t prepaid 8 nights…."

"Terrible experience: as soon as we got in we had to use the bathroom and unfortunately we didn't notice there was a big paddle of water due to a leaking water hose connected to the toilet and Guess what happened i slipped and fell on my back with legs split and my knee cut badly with the edge of the sink cabinet.... a small apology was presented however arguing that everything was inspected before arrival then we got switched to a smaller room however no compensation or sincere apology....the stuff had a bad attitude we jad to beg for our basic rights ....bad experience overall...last day of our trip and left with an injury 😠 "
