I would recommend this place for its dedicated staff. Especially Mr. Saïd the restaurant and breakfast Manager. What a sweet and professional person. Very dedicated and always serving with a smile. Can you imagine how busy this place was during Africa Cup? Thank you Saïd and to all the staff.
Nice modern hotel with good facilities and great staff.
The only improvement is to make sure the shower gel and hand wash in the rooms are not empty, which happened to me.
Very nice and friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms.
Great location, 1 minute walk from new modern train station with lots of food options and small shops.
Would definitely recommend!
Average .. good location .. near main train station …weak internet at the room ..
good breakfast though .. good service by Mr Saeed at the breakfast restaurant ..
This hotel is located a short walk away from the Aghdal Train station. It is clean, quiet, with good breakfast and helpful staff. A very good value for a 3-star hotel.
The service was amazing. I hope they remove carpet soon!

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
Staff was lovely. Breakfast needs more variety but omlette was good. . Coffee machines need servicing. Bedroom toilets are too close to the beds. Shower areas did not smell good. Basic hotel but location is good for train station. Price too high for this hotel. I Should be no more than £50 / per night as Ibis are a budget hotel but charging premium prices.
Room was missing necessary things like Fridge Locker Electric Kettle Face towels
Room was too small and little noisy due train station
Breakfast was fantastic
Good, clean hotel, easy to get to as it is a few minutes walk from the Rabat Agdal train station. Comfortable room, good breakfast. Only negative was no tea or coffee facility in the room.
Staff is very welcoming, friendly. Location is idéal and safe. Breakfast buffet is basic.
My friend was stick and we could not get something to eat outside breakfast hours, contrary to advertisement
The staff was really friendly and very helpful when it comes to service such as booking transportation early morning to the Airport or asking about direction somewhere. Many thanks to the gentlemen for Night Shift front lobby desk for all his kind help.
I had an excellent stay at ibis Agdal Rabat. The hotel offers outstanding value, with professional service that truly stands out. Its prime location near the train station and downtown makes it incredibly convenient for travelers.
What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Their warm welcome and attentiveness make you feel genuinely cared for throughout your stay. Bravo to the management and the entire team for maintaining such high standards of professionalism and hospitality. Highly recommended!
The room met all the standards that it was promised to provide, including desk and chair (albeit the latter very basic), good quality internet connection, comfortable settings and relatively much space, with the location bonus of just next to the train station. However, the slightly lower price (which does not include breakfast by default) is mirrored by the missing fridge and coffee/tea maker, and by at times underwhelming cleaning beyond those spaces where dirt is immediately visible. Still, it is a very good choice for effective accommodation in Rabat.
The staff was very nice and welcoming.
The property well located close to train station.
However, the room was tiny and a bit old, with many stains on the carpet and the bathroom.
The bathroom door was not closing properly, the shower walls needed to be cleanse throughly.
Lastly the bedsheets were full of dust (they were clean but were generating way too much dust particles in air when manipulated).
To finish on positive note: the breakfast was good. A special recognition to the lady preparing fresh “msemen and baghrir” - she was just fantastic; always smiling and welcoming, proactively proposing foods that was very tasty.
The hotel is very conveniently located and affordably priced for all budgets. However, the check in was not as smoothly as expected. The front desk agent who checked me in was not as helpful as anticipated. This all changed later on that evening and the next day when two agents: Noufel and Faisal, who were extremely professional and very helpful. These two employees went above and beyond to make my stay well worth it. They helped me store and retrieve my heavy luggage, find local transportation, provided helpful information and made me feel better for choosing this property. Because of Noufel and Faisal, I will recommend and return to this hotel.
Room is very small. Beds are not comfortable. No refrigerator and no safe inside the room. When taking a shower, the water leaks and floods the bathroom floor. The bathroom itself is very small. The hairdryer gets so hot when used for a few minutes.
We requested a quiet room and they gave us a noisy room overlooking the train railway. Then they changed it after we asked. We could hear the train at night because the railroad is very close. Also, the hotel employees were talking loud at night and they disturbed us. I think the security guard and his friends or colleagues.
The front desk employees are not friendly especially Hicham. They need to put some smiles on their faces. The employees working at the breakfast area are not helpful and they are not nice.
Breakfast should be free for hotel guests. They charge more than $7.00 for the breakfast. Stingy hotel!
The only good about this hotel is its location. It is very close to the train station.
