Domaine du Bas de Chêne: large capacity gîte with 43 beds, consisting of 3 gîtes: ALPAGA, CASTOR, WALLABY. Totality: 8 double rooms + a dormitory of 12 beds. 6 bathrooms + 2 shower rooms. Our domain: (outdoor area: 30 hectares) is on the edge of the Morvan Natural Park, in the middle of a clearing in a picturesque village: Saint Sernin du Bois. We welcome you for your family events: cousinades, weddings, birthdays, bachelor parties. In gourmet evenings, the hostess will make you taste the Burgundy specialties, as well as Russian dishes, served with wine from the region.
The deposit check of 800 € is requested upon delivery of the keys.

Incroyable anniversaire dans un cadre parfait
Je voulais fêter mes 27 ans dans un endroit où il etait possible de reunir plus d'une trentaine de personnes.
Non seulement le lieu correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes, car nous avons pu faire la fête tout le weekend, mais le cadre était juste génial pour profiter du parc animalier la journée!
Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour ces deux jours qui sont désormais inoubliables!

Un endroit hors du temps !
Nous étions 35 personnes sur place pour un anniversaire et nous avons pu profiter du parc animalier (génial ! Un petit ânon de 4 jours a mobilisé beaucoup de caresses), manger tous à la même grande table dans la pièce principale, danser, et dormir sur place. Nous avons passé un séjour fantastique, les propriétaires sont adorables et très prévenants, les chambres impeccables.
Tatiana nous a recommandé un super traiteur dans le coin, je recommande vraiment cette adresse !
