Close to boardwalk and activities, surrounded by restaurants. A block from Klee's Bar&Grill, 3 Brother Pizza, and nice Deli few doors away. Huge back yard for off street parking and barbecue. Laundry mat is 2 blocks away. Amenities include A/C, WiFi, coffee maker, grill. Max trip length is 3 weeks. No smoking , No Party, No pets. Age 24+. Please note, there is no heater on 2nd floor unit. Downstairs unit is also listed separately if you have a big group. Copy of driver license is required upon request. Due to proximity to beach and hotel, please expect some noise during graduation season and major holidays before the quiet hours.

Description of property is exactly right: great location, off street parking, larger bedrooms than most we’ve had in the past at Seaside, the hosts and communication with them are superb, and most importantly, it was clean. Great time and would stay again.
We had a great time staying at the beach house.
The check in process was flexible and fast. The hosts are quick at responding sing to my last minute request.
The beach house is close to the boardwalk. The host even provides four beach passes.
I brought my daughter and her friends for MDW and they had such a blast because of the central location of the house. It was so clean and the process of communication was seamless. Thank you so much for a pleasant stay. It made the holiday weekend so much more fun
Perfect, clean home and a great location to boardwalk
My husband, a nice stay here with our three children during the Fourth of July week. It is a perfectly updated home , very clean, and a great location in respect to the boardwalk. Check-in was smooth and communication with homeowner was quick and easy! Homeowner even mailed us a charger for an electric scooter that my son left behind. Would definitely stay here again!
First off the owners were excellent, friendly & very accommodating.
This 2nd floor unit was very clean and just perfect for my stay (3 adults & 1 child).
The beach & boardwalk just 1 block away.
The air conditioning units were just right. kept the unit cool & comfortable.
I absolutely recommend this & looking forward to staying here again.
Enjoyed this house. The owner was especially helpful when we had an extra car than planned. He called us and helped us work out a parking plan where we could fit all our vehicles, as well as the lower unit's vehicles. That kind ness goes a long way! Super easy walk to the boardwalk and the beach. Also used the grills for dinner.
The upstairs apartment was spacious enough for the five of us. The location was perfect. Just steps from the boardwalk and the beach. The owners were extremely helpful and accommodating. Will definitely stayt with them again in the future.
