Tranquil summer escape, world-best climate, overlooking Lake Chapala
- Come escape the summer doldrums in a relaxed, spring-like climate! Ajijic overlooking Lake Chapala in Mexico offers one of the best climates in the world. Our 2-bedroom, 2-bath home is fully equipped and offers a lush manicured garden, lake view, private entrance and off-street parking. Each room has ceiling fans, doors and screens that open to the outside. Rent includes electricity, filtered potable water throughout the house, high-speed internet and WiFi, weekly house cleaning and a gardener. Private swimming pool access can be arranged. Located mountain-side, view over the lake, just west of Ajijic central. 15 minutes' walk or 5 minute drive from downtown Ajijic. Easy walk to local markets, restaurants and bakery. Minimum 7 day stay. Sorry, we don't allow pets. No smoking permitted on the property.
