Charming bungalow with a hot tub, walking distance to downtown Nashville

This little gem in the charming town of Nashville has been completely renovated to meet all of your needs during your stay. Enjoy coffee on the front porch, an evening sitting around the fire pit or soaking in the hot tub. This home is a short walk to downtown Nashville's shops and restaurants. It is also less than a mile from the new Brown County Music Center as well as 1.5 miles from Brown County State Park.

The space:
Daydreaming of relaxing by a creek? The Bluebird Bungalow is a completely renovated 2-bedroom 1-bathroom home nestled by a bubbling creek less than a mile from Downtown Nashville.

From appliances to furniture, everything is brand new. The kitchen is equipped with all of the cookware and utensils you will need. Have a meal at the kitchen bar or dining table. The living room has a comfortable couch with a Roku TV over the gas fireplace. The main bedroom has a king size bed, Roku TV, access to the deck, and a lofted space with a twin bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and additional lofted space with a twin size bed. The bathroom has a beautifully tiled shower with a luxurious backlit vanity mirror over the sink.

Outside there is a spacious deck with a hot tub, grill, and dining area. Off of the deck is a fire pit with wood included. The front porch overlooks the beautiful creek with a tree swing nearby.

Come to The Bluebird Bungalow and enjoy all that Nashville has to offer while not giving up any of things your life can't do without.

The day before your arrival you will receive a message containing all the information that you will need. The home is equipped with a smart lock. Your specific access code will allow you entrance.

Quaint town

Nashville Indiana is a quaint little town south of Indy. The stay was perfect for a girls getaway and concert at Brown theater. Everyone is so friendly and several art shops to explore. Also cool covered bridge we found while exploring was a nice discovery. Would definitely recommend a visit.

The house and the location were nice for 2 people. The only complaint about this rental was the hot tub never got over 95 degrees the 2 whole days we were there and was the main reason I booked this house specifically. So would just be cautious booking this one if you’re wanting the feature of the hot tub.

Bluebird Get Away

Sisters in law and nieces spent a long weekend at this cozy and comfortable bungalow. It was perfect for us! Although it was snowy and cold when we arrived, we snuggled up in blankets in front of the electric fireplace and ate and giggled into the night! We also spent time in the hot tub in freezing weather! It was a fabulous time!

Girls trip

The bungalow was a perfect spot for us to stay for a short girls trip. The beds were comfortable and the place is decorated nicely. The hot tub never was able to get above 96’ so unfortunately that wasn’t quite what we hoped for. The place was overall clean. Personally, we didn’t love some of the long shaggy rugs especially coming from the hot tub entrance because they felt kinda yucky and probably not clean. Might be good to replace with a flat rug that can be cleaned occasionally. Overall great location and place!

Girls’ getaway

My mom, my daughter and I had a little getaway for a few days. The place was just the right size. It was nicely decorated and comfortable. It’s tucked away, but a short drive to the state park and downtown Nashville. It was quiet, but there is some morning traffic on the road. The owner was very responsive and thanked me for updating her on some things that were broken before we got there.

Long weekend for family reunion

Bluebird Bungalow is a quaint little rental. It is well appointed with full kitchen, w/d, grill, deck, & fire pit. The location is perfect to enjoy all that Brown County offers or spend the weekend in with family or friends. A couple of challenges with this property are: traffic noise, only one very small bathroom, parking is out by the street. You have to cross a bridge and creek to get to the house. It was fine for us, however; anyone with mobility challenges would not be able to access the property.

Short But Short Enjoyable

We stayed two nights at The Bungalows. It is a quaint little house that had everything we needed. It was right down the street from the Nashville shops and around the corner from Hard Truth Distillery. Also, it was a short drive to Brown County State Park where we hiked! We enjoyed the hot tub, and we liked sitting out by the fire pit at night and in the morning with a cup of coffee. The only thing we wished we had were fans. It got pretty stuffy at night in the summer. Thank you for a great, short, stay in Nashville!

Cute little cabin

Loved the location. Super close to my favorite restaurant there. The cabin was super cute. My kid loved the little creek to play in and the swing to swing on. We enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. We appreciated the coffee and the sugar they had available, since I forgot to bring that. There was a milk frother with the coffee maker and I enjoyed my latte. I would have liked a couple more towels. And the check out procedure asks you to do more housekeeping than I would prefer - particularly having to strip the beds always annoys me. A mat by the back door to leave dirty shoes on would have been helpful, and we couldn't find grill tools to use with the grill. But those are all just feedback points, overall the cabin was lovely and we enjoyed our stay.
