The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
No need to do any laundry.
Leave the two main areas air conditioners on and turn off the air conditioners in the bedrooms.
Remember to leave the garage door openers on the table by the foyer. No need to check out with the guards.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Renters may not have visitors on property.
There is a separate apartment downstairs for owners personal use. It has its own entryway and all. Please refrain from using those exterior stairs.
Three vehicles maximum. No trailers w/ arcs, jet skis, utvs, etc. allowed on premises.
