  • New listing: Brand new 50 m² house located just before the bridge to Île d'Oléron, ready to welcome you for your stay. The house offers a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Park your car on the driveway and relax on the furnished wooden terrace to enjoy your meals. The 500 m² garden is entirely at your disposal and is enclosed. Furnished and equipped with quality items, the house is air-conditioned. For your stay, please bring your own sheets and duvet covers for the double bed (140 cm) and the sofa bed (140 cm), as well as your own bath towels and kitchen towels. Cleaning is required before your departure. A cleaning fee of 100 euros will be charged at the end of your stay if the rental is not returned clean.
