Un séjour très agréable dans cette maison facile à vivre, avec tout le nécessaire, au calme. Tout est conforme à ce qui est décrit dans l’annonce et les propriétaires sont très gentils et arrangeants. Nous recommandons vivement.

Wir hatten im September 2023 zwei schöne Urlaubswochen in der Charente Maritime. Dazu beigetragen hat das sehr gut ausgestattete und saubere Haus. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, die Kommunikation verlief sehr gut. Der PKW kann hinter einem Tor sicher geparkt werden. Moderne Terrassenmöbel sind vorhanden. Man sollte sich nur im klaren sein, dass in dieser Region mit sehr vielen Wasserflächen auch zum Abend mit Stechmücken zu rechnen ist. Das Haus liegt ideal wenn man Tagestouren auf die Ile d'Oleron, Ile de Re, nach Rochelle oder in das Landesinnere machen möchte. Für Radfahrer ist der Standort sehr zu empfehelen. Vorschlag für den Vermieter: Ein Wasserkocher ist hilfreich gerade für Teetrinker.

Maison très agréable répondant aux critères communiqués. Seul bémol, la qualité de la literie est à revoir. Les matelas sont vraiment très mous et engendrent des maux de dos. Il arrive que l’on entende la circulation routière à proximité lorsqu’on est dans le jardin. La maison est propre, bien équipée. Nous suggérons d’y ajouter une bouilloire, des ustensiles pour la plancha et une TV qui fonctionne un peu mieux même si cela n’est pas une priorité durant les vacances. Un excellent accueil de Jérémy avec une bonne communication et une disponibilité. En résumé, nous retiendrons un bon séjour au cours de ces 2 semaines d’août avec une météo très ensoleillée.

Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour à la villa Lila! Nos hôtes ont été accueillants et au top avec la communication. Nous recommandons chaleureusement cette réservation, accessible aux plages en 15-20 mn en voiture.

Villa très agréable et très propre, bien agencée et bien équipée. Sans vis à vis et au calme. Jardin arboré et parking sécurisé (Il y a même une balançoire pour les plus petits) Nous recommandons fortement ! Merci Jérémy pour votre accueil. A bientôt pour un nouveau séjour !
