"I didn’t have breakfast in the hotel. The hotel was clean the bathroom was dated but it didn’t bother us. Hotel is in a good location near the train station & the centre of nice. There are nice restaurants & brunch spots in the area. Less than 10 minutes walk to the promenade would stay again. "

"Great location, a 15 minute walk from the sea/old town and very close to Nice Ville train station. Breakfast was nice as was the room with a very comfy bed "

"The location was good in the center of town. The hotel and rooms were a little small but fitting for the old funky building."

"The cleaning service was terrible. We stayed here for 6 days and our bed sheets never once got changed, even after asking. They remade the bed with the same sheets, never cleaned the bathroom, didn’t clean floors/tables. The AC in the hotel was off and it was extremely hot in our room. The front desk basically told us to deal with it. Staff at the breakfast bar in the morning were rude to us daily. The only nice thing about this place was the bar downstairs, where the bartender is extremely friendly. Without him I’d give 0 stars."
