"Customer service was 10/10 best I have ever received at any hotel. Rooftop bar was spectacular, location of hotel was really nice, so beautiful. Room really nice too! Everything was perfect. The staff that stood out was Johan, he was super attentive and kind, really nice helpful person. There was another really helpful guy with long hair and beard. But everyone was amazing. "
