With 3 levels that include a spacious bedroom suite with a walkout patio area, the serene setting invites you to unwind after a day of exploring. Walking distance to Lucky's Market area with restaurants and bakery. Walking distance to the SKIP line, as well as a bus to the downtown bus station. Ideal spot for a football game weekend! This lovely house offers a perfect balance of privacy and togetherness, with easy access to downtown and CU. We hope you enjoy what our place and Boulder has to offer.
