We've curated a space that is fun & has plenty of room to relax and enjoy the Colorado scenery! Enjoy the amazing mountains at this 7 acre property, while still being conveniently located just miles from Boulder.
The newly remodeled home features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, sunporch, family room, garage space filled with games (including classic arcade games, pingpong, frisbee golf, basketball) an indoor climbing wall, and outdoor living spaces. Every area of the home has plenty of seating, curious artwork and lots of fun touches to make your stay here memorable.
All 5 bedrooms are outfitted with the best hotel quality Brooklinen linens, Casper mattresses and hypoallergenic comforter and pillows to give you a great night's sleep. Each bedroom has a smart TV and plenty of closet space to store your items. Three of the bedrooms offer a desk and seating area for additional storage or working space along with plenty of additional seating areas throughout the home.
Two of the third story bedrooms can be conjoined into one large space and feature lofts. There is a queen bed located in one of the lofts and the other loft has a fun seating area. These 2 bedrooms will accommodate up 6 guests and make a large space when opened up with the double doors or they can be kept as independent rooms.
The first floor family room features a large television and huge couch, two full size original arcade games, board games, puzzles, a smart Blu-ray/DVD player, and tons of great movies to watch. This space has a table with four chairs, and is bound to be a space your group will have lots of fun in!
The living room and dining room are open and airy, giving you plenty of space to socialize, work or relax. The views from these rooms are unmatched. You can see the continental divide from the top of the stairs during fall & winter months. The dining room table seats 12 with additional chairs available throughout. We have provided several books, games, SmartTV apps and Starlink high speed internet.
The kitchen is loaded with everything you would need to prepare a meal. This includes a full size refrigerator, double convection oven, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, skillet, Instant Pot and crockpot. All of the pots, pans, bakeware and dish-ware will provide you with the ability to create and plate a delicious meal!
The two general bathrooms feature bathtub/shower combos and are stocked with the very best in luxury toiletries.
The primary on-suite bathroom is a luxury experience. Enjoy the claw foot bathtub or large walk-in shower with 5 shower heads. You'll find everything you need stocked in the vanity including the best in luxury toiletries.
The oversized three car garage will keep you moving with a large climbing wall, ping pong table, 2-player basketball game, bag toss, disc golf basket, yoga mats and some light weights. All of the items in the garage can be folded up for garage parking upon request.
We hold the highest standards in keeping the unit clean and sanitized between each booking. We take additional measures to ensure we are going above and beyond to maintain these high standards. The home is always stocked with hand soap, dish soap, bleach, laundry soap, surface spray, toilet paper and paper towels.

FIRES
Absolutely NO fires are permitted in or around our property. We are in an extreme fire risk zone and any sort of open fire is strictly prohibited.
FOOD/GARBAGE OUTSIDE
Please DO NOT leave any food outside or in your car. We have many outdoor animals especially bears that can be attracted to such things. If you feel like taking out the trash, ALWAYS use the bear bar on the dumpster and leave nothing outside. Please only take out trash on the day indicated on the trash schedule on the calendar in the garage. Otherwise please leave all trash within the house/garage and we would be happy to remove it after your stay.
WILD ANIMAL SAFETY
You will quickly attract a number of wild animals. We have number of wild animals (deer, elk, turkeys, foxes, bears, bobcats/red lynx, mountain lion/puma/panther/cougar/catamount, owls, and rattlesnakes) in this area, and we are not responsible for any issues that you may have with the above mentioned critters.
SNOW & INCLEMENT WEATHER
This is a mountain property and we are not responsible for damage to vehicles incurred while driving or parking on our property or in the neighborhood. We recommend AWD or 4WD (front wheel drive minimum) vehicles when snow is possible (fall-May). If renting a vehicle, please feel free to reach out in advance of your stay for a recommendation.
We will make a reasonable effort to clear snow from the deck and driveway in advance of guest arrival or departure as such, snow will be removed from the uncovered deck and driveway at the next available opportunity after a snowfall has ended (ex: in the a.m. after nighttime snowfall). Shovels will also be available to guests to clear the snow if we have not had an opportunity do so yet.
ADDITIONAL GUESTS
Only registered guests are permitted on property, unless discussed first with host. Violating this rule will jeopardize your stay.
SMOKING
Absolutely No Smoking inside the home. This is strictly enforced. Please walk to the driveway to smoke away from the home.
FIREARMS
Absolutely no firearms on the property. Bringing firearms on the property will compromise your ability to stay at the home.
POND
Please do not toss any trash or food in our rivers or ponds and use common sense and safety when around the river and pond. It is a body of water so please be safe.
CLIMBING WALL
Please read and adhere to all written instructions with our climbing wall. It can be dangerous if not used properly.
CHECKIN/CHECKOUT
Note: Check-in is after 4pm on your arrival date. Checkout is 10am on your departure date. A $50 fee will be assessed if you stay after checkout without permission. A $400 fee will be assessed if you stay after 1pm without permission. These fees are not permission to stay past your original reservation. By booking with us you agree to our house rules.
