Kelly's View is a great place to stay. There aren't a million amenities, and the spot is a little older, but if you're looking for a clean place to stay with friendly staff this place does the trick. I believe the owners are slowly puttering away at upgrades to the facilities, but as is I would recommend to anyone!

This was a great overnight stop on our trip! The staff working was super friendly and helpful and the views from just outside our door were amazing! It was Just a short drive to get some food. The only complaint we would have is the walls are so thin, we could hear absolutely everything from the room on either side of us. One side was a family with young children and a baby who cried quite a bit and the other side was two couples who we could hear, laughing and talking well into the night.

The rooms at Kelly's View Motel were VERY neat, tidy and clean, everything you would need in a place to stay. The bed and the entire room was so comfortable. My room was pet friendly and the staff were super friendly. For a motel I would give it a 5 otta 5. I will be staying there again

Kelly's View Hotel was under fairly new management. But they sure know how to take care of their customers. We arrived on motorcycles and it began to rain. The staff told us the best places to eat and even offered to go get our food for us so we wouldn't have to ride in the rain. The parking area is all gravel so its a little dicey on motorcycles. The view is spectacular. Will definitely stay there again. The room was really clean and roomy. THANK YOU!!!

Great motel - just outside North Sydney. It's very quiet. Convenient if you are taking the ferry to Newfoundland (or coming back to Nova Scotia on the ferry). Clean and comfortable.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms and off the highway. Not a lot of TV channel choices but a great nights rest. I liked it so much I went back for another night!! Thanks for great nights of sleep.

Good AC and heating, comfortable and clean room. The location is beautiful and perfect for our route of travel. The morning after our stay we were in a the perfect place for a brid island tour. I do wish they had breakfast (we've stayed in a motel with a to-go breakfast option on this trip). The area is a bit remote, and in shoulder season the closest food place was a 15-20 min drive. Very grateful for a microwave :) Location-wise, it was a bit stressful (in the rain!) because it's right on the 100-series highway with no left turning lane to accommodate our arrival
