Lélia and Guillaume welcome you to their charming villa located 10 minutes from Aix-en-Provence. The villa is ideal for a sunny family stay.

With a surface area of 220m2 on a plot of 750m2, it offers all the comfort you need for a successful holiday.
Located in a quiet and residential area 10 minutes from Aix-en-Provence and 25 minutes from Carry Le Rouet and Sausset les Pins. You will be in the immediate vicinity of shops, supermarkets, wine cellar and boutiques.
The accommodation
The villa is ideal for a sunny stay with family or friends.
With a surface area of 220m2 on a plot of 750m2, it offers all the necessary comfort for a successful holiday.

It is located in a quiet and residential area in the immediate vicinity of all amenities (shops, restaurants, restaurants, supermarket, wine cellar, shops )
On arrival, you have a parking space in front of the gate and a parking space in the inner driveway.

On the ground floor, you can enjoy a large living room with a TV and relaxation area. You benefit from a fully equipped open kitchen and a dining area for 8 people.
From the kitchen, you will have access to a large terrace with a view of the pine forest and the infinity pool and a dining area for 6 people.

On the same landing from the living room, you will have access to the first master suite with a King-size bed (200*200) and a bathroom equipped with a double sink unit, a shower and a toilet.
You will also find a separate toilet on the landing.

On the ground floor, you will find the children's area with a 90*200 bunk bed that can accommodate two children, a 90*200 bed and a 60*120 baby bed. On the same landing, children will be able to enjoy a beautiful bathroom with bathtub, changing area and a terrace with a view.

On level -1, you will have access to the second master suite equipped with a Queen size bed (160*200), a large closet, a bathroom with shower and toilet. From this bedroom, you will have direct access to the garden and the swimming pool.

Please note: We have a tenant who occupies an apartment with an independent entrance on level -1 of the villa. She is a very discreet and respectful person who you will probably only come across very rarely.

We provide our travellers with all the household linen (sheets, towels, bath towels, tea towels)
We can also offer you infant and baby equipment (high chair, changing table, car seat, folding bathtub) only on request.

We also offer our travellers a home brunch delivery service from "BUFFET GOURMET". (Price on request).

For stays longer than 7 days, cleaning will be carried out 1 time during your stay, as well as maintenance of the pool and exteriors.
Traveller access
You have access to the entire accommodation except for a room located on level -1 of the villa which is intended for storage of personal belongings and the garage.
Other remarks
The villa is composed of three levels: Ground floor (master suite 1, living room/living room, kitchen, laundry room, toilet, large terrace), 1st floor (It is intended for children, it has a bathroom and a private terrace) and level -1 which is located at the pool and garden level (Master suite 2, shower room, terrace and pool access).

The villa has an apartment with an independent entrance which is rented year-round. You will absolutely not be bothered by the tenant who is very discreet and respectful.

The villa does not have WIFI.
