The lady at the front desk was very nice and efficient. My room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet. I especially liked the larger soap bars. I didn't have time for breakfast in the morning, but walked by a couple of people having delicious looking pancakes. Thank you for the good stay!

Great hotel
Had a great time visiting family in Bottineau. Hotel was in a great location, very friendly staff, clean and comfortable. This is my second time staying here and will definitely come back.

Great stay in Bottineau
The staff was so friendly and helpful. The place was quiet even though it was full. Good breakfast and bar made it the perfect hotel situation.

Great stay other than cold breakfast
We were in room 126 and the bathroom door wouldn't close completely. Then when we went to breakfast the hot food in a pan was cold. I told someone and they checked and said it was plugged in. But the whole container was cold and it should have been hot. They didn't seem to be to concerned. As a food safety professional this concerned me. Otherwise our stay was very nice. Very clean, comfortable room and other than ignoring the cold food issue very friendly staff.

Good morning Patty, I am glad you did have some good points during your stay, I have looked at the heating unit, it is heating properly, I have discussed this issue will all staff to check the heating constantly so we can make sure everything is running properly at all times, the door issue has been addressed as well. It was a great and clean hotel and room. Staff was friendly and nice, however I was not told about the breakfast and found out when I was checking out so I was a little disappointed about that but oh well. Great place!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was convenient and we loved the waffle maker! Any concerns raised were noted at checkout and I'm certain will be handled efficiently. The attached lounge was a bonus feature and the staff friendly and accomodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous property and one caring manager. Another is from the land down under. She has been rude to me and my 82-year-old mom at least three times or more.
