Close to downtown!! Located on a private quiet side street.. Renovated beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath modern apartment - Beds are queen size for your comfort Wide pine floors, upgraded shaker style cabinets Granite counter-tops, SS appliances. Large open concert living. Large Master bedroom with Master bath. Sleeps 6 people. Off street parking for one vehicle in garage. Heat/hot water, fully furnished, wifi/cable. Front loader washer/dryer. Central AC . Outside seating area. Short walking distance to commuter train to Boston. Walk downtown to restaurants and to beach, Very close proximity to historic district. Fully furnished, heat, hot water, electric, cable, wifi all included. Pots/pans utensils, linens , towels all as well.
No smokers please. Apartment is "townhouse style". Two floors. Completely private nothing is shared except the outside grass area. Parking reserved for ONE vehicle in the south bay garage which is less then a 5 min walk already PAID for.
My company is Atlantic coast homes and my name is Jennifer. I hope to have the opportunity to rent to you while you stay in Salem. 4 Night minimum stay. Please note when you do book I send check-in instructions no earlier than 24 hours before your stay for safety for everyone.

Awesome little stay

This little stay was perfect. Just the right size and perfect for walking to all the main attractions. Walking distance to the ferry to Boston for a day trip and private enough to relax after taking in all the attractions.

Great stay

We were coming to Salem for my daughter's wedding. The house was right across the street from the venue and it was easy to host the "get ready" spot. The views of the ocean was great and was in easy walking distance from many historic sites we visited.

Salem Perfection

This house is beautiful, quaint, and in the perfect location. We had the best time, parking at the South Bay garage was easy and close. The sites of Salem were within walking distance and easy to get to. We could stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay in Salem. The area is so quiet and peaceful especially at night time. We were able to walk to all of the local places we wanted to visit with ease. The house was great for our family. Plenty of space and comfortable beds. We would definitely stay again.

Love staying at this location!

This is our 3rd or 4th year staying at this property. We have stayed in Units 1 & 2. Both are fully equipped with super comfy beds, lots of towels and everything you need in the kitchen. Amazing location! You will not be disappointed. Historic, beautiful home!!!!!

I booked this unit for a girlfriends long weekend in Salem. The unit was comfortable and in a great location. We had a little difficulty our first day, but the host was very responsive.

Great Location, Great House!

Our family stayed for Christmas - and could not have found a more perfect place to spend the holiday. The place was just right for four people, and the location was absolutely perfect. It was a nice place to place to gather as we started the day - the full kitchen was great - and we were able to get to just about anywhere in Salem without a car.

Location, location, location! Ideal spot within Salem, and a great point of departure to access great towns on the North Shore, as well as Boston. Host was responsive to an issue we encountered. House was well-stocked and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Location!

We did a girls trip for the 1st weekend in October. The location was great for walking to all the sites. The Property was exactly as advertised. If we ever return to Salem, this will be where we stay. I highly recommend it!

Wedding in Salem

Nice condos, use the two separate units as one large one for my family during my son's wedding. Convenient to walk to venue as well as downtown attractions. Townhouse was clean. All amenities worked and featured as described, would stay here again

Girl’s Trip to Salem

I stayed with my mom and sister-in-law this week for three nights. We were so pleased with the cleanliness, amenities, and especially the location. It was completely walkable to all of the great stuff Salem has to offer and the view of the water was beautiful.

High quality accommodation in a great location.

Totally updated, clean, and comfortable apartment. The location could not have been better. We could walk to all the attractions we wanted to see, and there are great restaurants, coffee shops, and taverns just steps from our door. The House of the Seven Gables is just down the street. If you’re visiting Salem to see it all and do it all, this is the place to be.

Halloween in Salem

It was a nice place! TV in master bedroom would lose sound after 15 minutes. Didn’t like having to park far away. The place was nice and clean.
