We were very satisfied with the property! It was very clean and really perfect for our stay. If we come back to Boston we would definitely try to stay there again. Thank you for providing such a lovely place to stay!
This stay was amazing. We were in town to spend time with my daughter and her family and the place was amazing and it was so easy to work with the owner. I would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to my friends.
The house is located in a great neighbourhood close to all amenities . The owners were helpful and prompt with check in instructions. I would definitely recommend this property
Great property. It has kitchen staples, clean, and quiet neighborhood. Only thing our family agreed on was very firm mattress in all beds, but tgat is a preference.
We had a perfectly good time at the property. All the necessary things needed for a comfortable stay are in the property. Everything was neat and clean and as advertised. The property isn’t too far away from the downtown area either.
Having returned to Boston after a cruise, stayed over for a long weekend exploring Boston with friends & family. This location was perfect! Beautifully decorated with plenty of space for 3 couples; truly more than met our needs in comfort and style! Within walking distance to public transportation or a quick Uber trip to the city. Would definitely recommend!
The apartment is very nice and comfortable. It's in a quiet neighborhood close to the Harvard Aboretum and less than 2 miles from the Orange Line. The kitchen was well stocked. We had 2 minor complaints. The twin beds are small and better suited to children rather than adults. The upstairs neighbors walk pretty loudly. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.
The house was just as advertised and reviewed. It was clean, attractively, furnished, and well stocked. There is a small grocery store walking distance away, and the commuter rail is also a very walkable distance. We took the train into South Station every day and transferred to the red line to visit all the places we wanted to see. I would definitely recommend the location and the apartment.
The only suggestion I have to the owner manager is there need to be more forks in the kitchen. There are lots of table knives, but only two forks, and a few salad forks.
Clean and nice house in a quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Could have used more garbage bags. It was too hot in the house and changes were made to the thermostat while we were out like turning off the AC. I think it is controlled by owner either remotely or he entered the house while we were out which is a no in my book. We had heat off and still too hot. Owner told us to open windows. Also owner replaced the water heater during our stay. A lot of noise early in the am and thankfully we were out when they turned off the water. House and location great. Owner not so much.
If you’re looking for a 3 bedroom beautiful home, just outside of Jamaica plains, this is the home to say at. Home seemed to be newly renovated. All beautiful upgrades with 2 bathroom, which most homes in this area do not have. Centrally located to shopping arboretum and restaurants. Less than a 30 minute drive to Logan airport (non rush hour). Interior of home is very nicely appointed all new windows, bathrooms were beautiful as well as the kitchen. Home had washer and dryer, which is really nice. Although we really did not need it, home does have AC and heat. Home is in a nicer upscale neighborhood, which seemed very safe. The owner who we were dealing with was super nice and responsive to all our questions.
If it is available…book it!!!
Everything shown was true but they were creatively staged. There was no picture of the second bathroom which was tiny - 45" x 50" not incl shower, sink was 8"x12"and 3" deep, had to straddle the toilet to open the shower door. Had to go thru kitchen to reach it. Rooms small and floor plan "chopped up". Old house in old, but nice neighborhood. Would not rent there again.
Problem with TV but manager responded quickly with a new TV.
Stated we had the entire unit, but there were at least 2 other apartments in the house. We had the driveway for parking (great feature) but other units had to park on street.
Check-in & check-out was easy.
Our family really enjoyed our stay in this spacious, comfortable, and extremely well kept home. The attention to details both big and small (chargers in rooms, power strips thoughout, full soap/shampoo in showers among MANY other things) made this even more convenient and relaxing. Couldn’t be more pleased with our choice to stay here!
This home was exactly as stated! Even better!! Lovely accommodations in a very nice neighborhood! Host was very informative and we would definitely book again when we visit Boston!!
There was a small group of us girls having a weekend away and we could not have been happier with our rental! It was the perfect size and the host/s were more than accommodating. We would absolutely rent here again / recommend to friends & family. Neighborhood was quiet and lovely and only a short drive to downtown Boston!
Place was perfectly located just a block from a lovely cafe. The house was well stocked with kitchen utensils, toilet paper, towels, and anything else we could have needed. The owner was very responsive.
