Very Clean

The place was spotless, loved the large table in the kitchen as I was preparing food for Thanksgiving. The rooms were all spacious, beds very comfortable. Parking worked out great as there were times there were three cars there. Would definitely stay again!

Clean and comfortable

Nicely equipped spot for a couple or friends. Quiet, with parking, nicely furnished and well-located. Bathroom was on the lower level near the spacious kitchen and the living room; two well-equipped roomy bedrooms are on the upper. As a senior (over 70), I took care in descending the stairs during the night but all was fine. A good spot and highly recommended.

Nice property, kind host

We stayed here a few days while visiting family. It was a clean, comfortable home and for us it was great being in walking proximity to several playgrounds. We had a mix up with a baby equipment rental company and the host was extremely helpful in arranging a time after checkout for the person to come to the property and collect the items. Check out was incredibly easy (nothing required). Very kind and communicative, highly recommend!

Great and convenient stay near Boston

We stayed two nights with family to go to Boston area concerts. The place was very clean, beds comfortable, and it had all the things we needed! Also parking was excellent as we had family coming from different places. I would definitely recommend!

Graduation stay

Was in the Boston area for my graduation and this home was able to work for myself, my mother and my friend. Home is comfortable with only a couple things that brought it down to 4 stars. I had to prompt the owner for information on how to enter the dwelling. Some of the dishes (cookie sheet, pots) were dirty when we arrived and the tub has issues with draining. Like standing water issues with draining. I have made the owner aware of that issue, so hopefully they do fix it.

Very clean property! However, it is not for anyone with mobility impairments. The one bathroom is on the 1st floor and the two bedrooms are up steep stairs. This separation makes going to the bathroom from your bedroom inconvenient. There is also a basement with cement steps adjacent to the bathroom. The basement door to the inside of the home does not lock. There is a secondary door down in the basement itself that locks from the inside but we were unsure about outsider access. It appeared that door lead to the neighbors' basement? This left a feeling of uneasiness.We came to move our daughter into college and we were grateful to find a Vrbo near Brandeis. No issues with Doordash finding the property. We would have felt more comfortable if the basement door had an inside sliding bolt lock to ensure our safety.

Das Haus war schön geräumig für 4 Erwachsene. Modern eingerichtet. Leider mit der Sauberkeit nicht sehr schön. Die Ablagen im Kühlschrank verschmutzt, im Badezimmer noch die letzten Haare in der Wanne angetrocknet, ums Waschbecken Rasierhaare und zu guter letzt wurde beim Toilettengang nicht gespült.
