New England charm

We really liked this house using it as a hub to go visit 6 different states. The rooms were well suited for the group of 8 of us and having 3 bathrooms was a plus. I would stay here again.

Great location

The home was really clean and amazing. Beds were all very comfortable. Central location between several great towns with plenty of food and shopping near by. Parking was good with zero issues. Absolutely would recommend.

Very spacious. I agree the upstairs beds aren’t the most comfortable but they were king size with a big screen tv. It was a nice and clean house. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Visiting Northeastern University

We loved our short stay in this house in Quincy! We were a group of extended family getting together to attend Northeastern’s Hall of Fame event. This home was perfect, plenty of parking and bedroom/bathroom space for us to have privacy and a beautiful great room/kitchen to gather all together. We would definitely stay here for future Boston visits!

Our summer getaway

The house was very clean. All bathrooms and bedrooms were A+ We appreciated everything that was supplied with the house. Although there is a hiking trail nearby, I would have like a little area around the home to sit outside.As we explored the Boston and Quincy areas we found both cities the cleanest and safest we have ever visited. Thank you a most memorable time.

Great spot for large groups!

The host was wonderful and a fast responder. The house was clean and pretty. Great bathrooms and lots of space. The beds in the loft aren’t super comfortable but nothing crazy. If you’re looking for a large home for a group of friends or family I highly recommend! Great spot and I would definitely book it again. Only about 20-30 minutes from downtown Boston.

Great Stay in a lovely area. Perfect for our group.

We really enjoyed our time in this lovely area. We had plenty of space and were grateful for being in a quiet area to come back to after spending time in the city. Easy access to everything we needed. Most VRBOs I have been to (and I travel frequently with groups) have at least the essentials for cooking. We had to go buy quite a few necessities (including a smoke alarm battery). We left them for the next group, hope it helps! The bedrooms were comfortable, but the living room furniture needs an update. If you’re not spending much time there in the evenings you’ll be fine with everything else. Overall very spacious and met our needs. We would stay here again.

Nice house near Boston and Cape Cod

Overall, we enjoyed this house. The place was clean and it had a pretty good layout (as long as you don't mind stairs). The bathrooms were a little small, but there were 4 of them which was important for 9 people. It has plenty of private parking. The walking path is mentioned in the listing, but it is just a dirt path through some trees and residential areas. It's about 30 minutes to Boston and 45 min-1 hr to Cape Cod. It served us well as a home base to explore the coast of Massachusetts.

Super stay in a great location in a large new home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very spacious house in Quincy. So much room to converse and sleep in. It was everything we could have asked for. Nice. We loved the cleanliness and quiet the best. It was a bit challenging cooking however as it was lacking some kitchen essentials, particularly hot pads, and it could use a few more pots, pans and utility tools. Jenny was very responsive to our communications. It was a great experience for us there and we highly recommend this property to all.

Great Quincy Location

The house is great. The location is perfect to get around Quincy and a short drive to Boston. We were a multi-family trip and the bedroom configuration and amount of bathrooms were perfect for us. The beds were comfortable. When we booked I didnt realize there would be an extra charge per night per person with having only 9 people in the party when the house sleeps 16, which is why the rating for accuracy of listing is lower. We didnt eat a lot of meals in the house because we were out and about but we did cook dinner the first night and could have used a bigger pot and some more cooking utensils. Other than that minor inconvenience, it was a great house in a great location. Would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Good place to gather with family

The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The location is convenient to Boston, the T, and great restaurants. It’s a good place for families to gather. The owner is very, very serious about the number of guests residing in the home and I received several messages emphasizing that if more than the number of people on the reservation stayed the night, we would be billed. I was taken aback when I received a message that each bedroom door has a code and that we would have access to 4 of the 5. Seeing as we specifically chose a 5-bedroom home for our party of 7 adults and 2 children, I wrote back requesting access to all 5 bedrooms. The owner gave us assess to the fifth bedroom without any trouble, but it seemed wrong that they are in the practice of limiting access to bedrooms that are advertised and paid for.

AIA National Show Boston
