This home is on a lake, all children must be supervised. From the front door there are several steps to get up into the home, this front door is where the electronic door lock is located.
There are several steps to get onto the deck from the outside. From the Livingroom, the deck is on the same level.
Home is located in a small neighborhood with many families, quiet hours are strictly enforced.

This place is truly a hidden gem.
Very spacious, comfortable beds and the added baby bed and high chair were also nice.
Roger was a pleasure to work with and highly communicative.
I would stay here again and would recommend it.

Hidden Gem Lake House
We stayed for the week as we were having work done on our home. There was plenty of space for all of us (6 people) The yard is very nice. Only thing I wished was better was the weather as it rained most of the time we were there.

This was an excellent place to stay. We were close enough to Boston that we could easily find a subway or commuter train into the city, but far enough away from the hassle. The workout equipment was amazing for a home gym and the space was perfect. We would love to stay here again!

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very family-friendly. There was a small delay during check-in, but the property manager was able to be reached and communicated the process. Overall, a great experience and we’d definitely stay again!

This is a lovely property with all the amenities we could need and more. The host was both gracious and quick to respond to our questions and requests, and when we got a snag, he was out the bet next day with a solution. We would highly recommend this property to anyone traveling to the Boston area!
